Cetuximab Plus Capecitabine as Maintenance Treatment in RAS and BRAF wt Metastatic Colorectal Cancer...

Colorectal Cancer

This is an open-label, multicenter, randomized study to be conducted in Chinese patients with RAS and BRAF wild-type mCRC. Patients who have already completed 9 cycles of standard first-line induction treatment, without discontinuation for toxicity, of cetuximab or fluorouracil or oxaliplatin,, and achieved disease control (including CR/PR and SD), and are progression free at the end of Cycle 9 will be assigned to 2 maintenance treatment groups by randomization in a 1:1 ratio to receive cetuximab + capecitabine (Arm A) or cetuximab alone (Arm B). The randomization will be stratified by induction treatment response (complete response [CR]+ partial response [PR] versus stable disease [SD]) and primary tumor location (left side only versus right side). All patients from Arm A and Arm B will be treated until progressive disease, death from any cause, unacceptable toxicity or informed consent withdrawal (whichever occurs earlier).

Study of Lenvatinib (MK-7902/E7080) in Combination With Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Standard...

Colorectal Neoplasms

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of lenvatinib (MK-7902/E7080) in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in participants with metastatic colorectal cancer. The study will also compare lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab with the standard of care treatment of regorafenib and TAS-102 (trifluridine and tipiracil hydrochloride). The primary study hypothesis is that lenvatinib plus pembrolizumab is superior to standard of care with respect to overall survival.

A Study of ES104 in Patients With Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

The purpose of this open-label, Multicenter Phase I/II study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, preliminary anti-tumor efficay, pharmacokinetics, anti-drug antibodies and biomarkers of ES104 in patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer who have failed systemic therapies.

Refractory Metastatic Colorectal CancerSolid Tumor2 more

This Phase Ib/IIa study has been designed according to a 3+3 dose escalation/dose expansion design. A dose expansion will be conducted at both the intermediate and high dose levels, if tolerated, with the purpose of generating additional and more robust safety and preliminary efficacy data. No control arm was included, as the target patient population of this study consists of patients in whom the overall survival is less than 6 months and treatment options are very limited and often poorly tolerated, making unlikely that the study results can be significantly biased.

Pemetrexed and TAS-102 in Combination With Bevacizumab in Refractory Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal Neoplasms

Limited agents are optional after standard first and second line treatment for mCRC. Only Regorafenib and Fruquintinib are approved in China. PFS of these targeted drugs are not very long. Pemetrexed has shown significant efficacy in advanced lung cancer regarding PFS and OS with controllable toxicity. TAS-102 has been used in colorectal cancer with promising outcomes. Bevacizumab is also an important monoclonal antibody which could make benefits in treated patients. This study is aimed to explore the efficacy, safety in advanced colorectal cancer failed to standard therapy in Chinese population.
