Effects of Personalized Training Program on Coronary Flow Reserve in Healthy Volunteers

This study investigates whether an individualized exercise program, including a personal trainer, can improve cardiovascular status quantified with ultrasound to assess coronary flow reserve and other non-invasive techniques. The subjects in the study will be divided into two groups; one group will have a personalized exercise- and nutrition program and the other group will have acess to a gym membership, but no personal trainer.

It was funded by China major scientific and technological specialized project for 'significant new formulation of new drugs'. Shenfu is kind of Chinese Medicine injection used for treating shock and coronary heart disease in many Chinese hospitals. The purpose of this study is to determine adverse drug events or adverse drug reaction in large sample size 20,000 patients.

Effect of Haemodialysis on the Efficacy of Antiplatelet Agents

The main purpose of our study is to investigate whether haemodialysis itself affects the efficacy of antiplatelet drugs and the effects of two different types of dialysis membranes (polysulfone membranes and polyamide membranes) on antiplatelet efficacy. A total of 60 patients with ESRD and under dual-antiplatelet treatmen for at least 5 days will be enrolled and divided into the Clopidogrel group (clopidogrel 75mg qd;aspirin 100mg qd, n=30) and the Ticagrelor group (ticagrelor 90mg bid; aspirin 100mg qd, n=30). All included patients will receive haemodialysis by two different types of dialysis membrane.Platelet aggregation of venous blood from all patients will be detected by LTA and VerifyNow immediately before and after two times of haemodialysis.

To evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of coronary stenting with the Resolute Onyx™ stent. To compare the long-term efficacy and safety of coronary stenting between the Resolute Onyx™ stent and other contemporary drug-eluting stents which had established their own registry.

The European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) guidelines have not made any specific recommendations regarding dietary pulses. To update the recommendations, the Diabetes and Nutrition Study Group (DNSG) of the EASD commissioned an umbrella review and updated systematic review and meta-analysis using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) approach to summarize the available evidence from prospective cohort studies of the association between dietary pulses/legumes and cardiometabolic disease outcomes (incident cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension and overweight/obesity).

Fruit and vegetables are a cornerstone of healthy dietary patterns and dietary guidelines worldwide. The supporting evidence, however, is largely derived from observational studies of protective associations with cardiovascular disease (CVD) in health-conscious populations or from randomized trials of the effect of specific fruit or vegetable derived nutrients on CVD risk factors. A growing body of literature has influenced a shift away from a focus on single nutrients to a focus on whole foods and dietary patterns. To what extent fruit and vegetables should contribute to dietary patterns for cardiovascular health and whether specific types of fruit or vegetables should be recommended is unclear. Although previous systematic reviews and meta-analyses have elucidated the association between the intake of total and some specific fruit and vegetables with cardiovascular outcomes, a comprehensive synthesis comparing the certainty of the evidence for the different types of fruit and vegetables in relation to a range of cardiovascular outcomes has yet to be completed. We propose to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of the available prospective cohort studies using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) approach to assess the association between different types of fruit and vegetables and different cardiovascular outcomes that include CVD, coronary heart disease [CHD], and stroke incidence and mortality.

Although clinical data demonstrate advantages of combining complete revascularization with optimal cardiac rehabilitation (CR) less than one-third of patients in European countries participate in cardiac rehabilitation programs. Therefore, in cooperation with Polish leaders in cardiovascular medicine, rehabilitation and medical software design we aim to introduce and evaluate the system of optimal cardiac telerehabilitation in addition to optimal treatment of coronary artery disease.
