Study of Codivir in Patients With COVID-19

This is an open-label study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of Codivir in 12 mild or moderate COVID-19 patients and onset of symptoms within 72h prior to their inclusion. Treatment will begin in the hospital, participants will be discharged at Day 4 and continue the treatment up to Day 10 at home and followed up to day 28.

Ivermectin Treatment Efficacy in Covid-19 High Risk Patients

This is a multicenter study, which is aimed to investigate the efficacy of the Ivermectin drug in high risk COVID-19 patients. This study will compare Ivermectin treatment efficacy with standard of care alone. Target cohort is mild to moderate symptomatic Covid-19 (Stage 2-3), high risk patients aged 50 years and above with comorbidity, who presented to hospitals within first 7 days of illness.

Efficacy and Safety of Nirmatrelvir/Ritonavir for Treating Omicron Variant of COVID-19

Omicron Variant of COVID-19

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Nirmatrelvir/Ritonavir in the treatment of the Omicron variant of COVID-19. The main question it aims to answer is: Whether the use of the drug can help patients recover from COVID-19. Patients in both groups were given Lianhua Qingwen Capsule orally, 3 times/day, 6 g/time. oral antipyretic (ibuprofen suspension 10ml) and symptomatic supportive treatment for body temperature >38.5 ℃. The study group was given Nirmatrelvir 300mg/Ritonavir 100mg orally, q12h, for 5 days, and the control group not given any antiviral drugs.

Olfactory dysfunction is common among patients with Corona-Virus-Infection-Disease (COVID)-19, and up to 30% of patients may report persistent disorders of smell or taste as a long-term sequelae. This randomized-controlled study has addressed to compare the efficacy of neuro-protective and anti-inflammatory agents palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) and Luteolin(Treatment) with control (olfactory training) in a cohort of patients who present persistent smell disorders after resolution from Covid-19 and negative swab for 4 months at least.
