Evaluation of the Immunogenicity and Safety BBIBP-CorV Vaccine for COVID-19 in Adults in Guinea...

COVID-19Vaccine Adverse Reaction2 more

Phase II, non-randomized, open-label, comparative, single center national trial in Guinea, aimed to assess the humoral vaccine immune response induced by BBIBP-CorV vaccine in 200 adults aged between 18 and 45 years or 55 or older, one month after receiving the complete COVID-19 vaccination schedule.

SARS-CoV-2 Infection

To evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of the third dose SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine, Inactivated (Vero Cell) in adults aged 18 years and above, who inoculated the third dose after 6 months since finished two doses schedule of CoronaVac or BBIBP-CorV.

Immuno-bridging and Broadening Study of a Whole, Inactivated COVID-19 Vaccine BBV152 in Healthy...

COVID-19

A randomized, observer-blind, placebo-controlled immuno-bridging, and broadening study to demonstrate the equivalence of the immune response between participants enrolled in Phase 3 efficacy trial in India and demographically diverse healthy adult participants in the US which matched in age and vaccine formulation setting to whom those efficacy results are extrapolated; and to assess the broadening of the BBV152 in participants who previously received two shots of messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months earlier or one-shots of viral vector J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine at least 2 months earlier. Safety and tolerability evaluation is a secondary endpoint.

PROSPECTIVE OPEN LABEL CLINICAL TRIAL TO ADMINISTER A BOOSTER DOSE OF PFIZER/BIONTECH OR MODERNA...

SARS CoV 2 InfectionCOVID-19

The recent rise in infections with the Omicron variant of the SARS-CoV-2 is alarming. Equally disconcerting is the fact that individuals who were previously vaccinated (< 6 months) and have co-morbidities that are considered high risk, are getting re-infected...a process referred to as "breakthrough". There is some evidence that in these high risk individuals, the gradual decrease in immunity against the virus as depicted by a drop in anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, is responsible (partially or wholly) for this reinfection. In this study, we intend to give a booster does Pfizer/BioNTech and/or Moderna and ascertain the levels of antibodies at various times pre and post vaccination. The incidence of infection with SARS-CoV-2 after booster vaccination will also be obtained.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Immunogenicity of an (Omicron Subvariant) COVID-19 Vaccine Booster...

COVID-19

This is a Phase 2/3 open-label study to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a booster dose of the XBB.1.5 severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) recombinant (r) spike (S) protein nanoparticle vaccine (SARS-CoV-2 rS) adjuvanted with Matrix-M™ in previously mRNA COVID-19 vaccinated adult participants ≥18 years of age and baseline SARS CoV-2 seropositive COVID-19 vaccine naïve participants ≥18 years of age.

EFFECT OF COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY ON DEPRESSION AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH POST COVID-19...

Post-COVID-19 Syndrome

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effect of Rehacom on depression and Quality of life in post covid -19 patients. The main question it aims to answer is: • Is a cognitive rehabilitation therapy will improve depression and quality of life in patients with post COVID-19? Researchers will compare Rehacom with exercise therapy to see if rehacom can improve depression and quality of life in patients with post COVID-19 neuropsychological problems.

A Safety and Immune Response Study to Evaluate Varying Doses of an mRNA Vaccine Against Coronavirus...

COVID-19

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity and immune responses of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) mRNA-CR-04 vaccine construct when administered in healthy adults previously vaccinated with SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines.

Phase I Trial of a Recombinant COVID-19 Vaccine (CHO Cell)

COVID-19

This is a phase I, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study, to evaluate safety and immunogenicity of a recombinant SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (CHO cell) in Chinese healthy population aged 18 years and older. After randomization, the trial for each subject will last for approximately 13 months. Screening period is 1 week prior to randomization (Day -7 to Day -1), and each dose of either SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (CHO Cell) or placebo will be given intramuscularly (IM) on Day 0 and Day 14 for a two-dose regimen, or on Day 0, Day 14, and Day 28 for a three-dose regimen. Subjects who are ≥18 years old and ≤ 59 years old will be enrolled in adult group, and healthy elderly population who are >59 years old will be enrolled in elderly group. After adult group completes the follow-up 7 days after first vaccination, elderly group will be recruited.

Digital Physiotherapy Practice in Long Covid-19 Patients

Long COVID-19 Syndrome

The COVID-19 can cause important sequels in the respiratory system by bilateral pneumonia and frequently presents loss of strength, dyspnea, polyneuropathies and multi-organic affectation. Long COVID-19 has been defined as the condition occurring in individuals with a history of probable or confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection, with related symptoms lasting at least 2 months and not explainable by an alternative diagnosis. The practice of digital physiotherapy presents itself as a promising complementary treatment method to standard physiotherapy, playing a key role in the recovery of function in subjects who have passed the disease and who maintain some symptomatology over time. The aims of this research are to explore the effect of a digital physiotherapy intervention on functional recovery in patients diagnosed with Long COVID-19 and to identify the level of adherence to the treatment carried out. Physiotherapy interventions acquires a fundamental role in the recovery of the functions and the quality of life. As secondary objectives, the aim is to identify the satisfaction and perception of patients with the intervention and the presence of barriers to its implementation (throught a qualitative research), as well as to evaluate the cost-effectiveness from the perspective of the health system. A quasi-experimental pre-post study assessed initially and at the end of the 4-week intervention the functional capacity (1-min STS and SPPB) and the adherence (software). The hypothesis of this research is that the implementation of a TR program presents positive results. If hypothesis is confirmed, that would be an opportunity to define new policies and interventions to address this disease and its consequences.
