Pulmonary Inflammation in COVID-19 ARDS
ARDS Due to Disease Caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2COVID-19 Acute Respiratory Distress SyndromePatients older than 18 years of age, with COVID-19 related ARDS (C-ARDS) hospitalized in the ICU and invasively mechanically ventilated will be included in the study. This is an observational cohort study. After informed consent by the next of kin, and within the first 72 hours of invasive mechanical ventilation a blood and a Broncho Alveolar Lavage Fluid (BALF) sample will be collected. If the patients remain invasively mechanically ventilated a second and third blood and BALF sample will be collected every 7-10 days.

Clinical and Immunological Characterisation of COVID-19 in Children, Adolescents and Adults
COVID-19SARS-CoV-2The investigators aim to characterise Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in every age group. On the one hand, emphasis is put on the initial presentation, clinical course, outcome and the therapy used. On the other hand further investigations regarding viral and bacterial coinfections, and response of the immune system will be conducted. This study should serve to improve the understanding of COVID-19, to identify risk factors for a severe clinical course and to obtain further insights into pathophysiology of this new infectious disease.
Egyptian Doctors Stresses, Knowledge and Attitude During COVID-19 Pandemic

The investigators are aiming to explore the emotions, perceived stressors, knowledge and coping strategies of doctors who are working during COVID-19 pandemic in different specialties and in different hospitals by a self assessment questionnaire that was designed and modified from two previously published articles (mentioned in the references), including 7 sections with 88 questions.

Pancreatic AdenocarcinomaPancreatic adenocarcinoma will be the 2nd cause of death by cancer in Europe in 2030. Pancreatic adenocarcinoma has poor prognosis with an all-stages combined 5-year survival rate below 8%. Since December 2019, a new coronavirus (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus 2, SARS-CoV-2) is responsible of COVID-19 infection with potentially severe respiratory syndrome or even multi-organ failure. An increased risk of severe COVID-19 infection in cancer patients is suggested in several Chinese series. Cancer care structures quickly reorganized to limit high-risk situations (diagnostic procedure, major surgery, cytotoxic poly-chemotherapy) and use alternatives such as on-hold chemotherapy. These reorganizations could be associated with a loss of chance for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
