COVID-19SARS-CoV-2 InfectionThe current pandemic caused by the newly identified coronavirus responsible for COVID-19 is a major threat to our populations and societies. Hypothesis/Objective The acquisition of protective immunity at the level of the individual, either through vaccination or natural resolution of the infection, progressively leads at the level of the population to the reduction of the fraction of the population that can be productively infected and transmit the virus, hence, leading to the diminution of the rate of transmission, a phenomenon called herd immunity. Herd immunity was proposed as a strategy to control the infection. However, it remains difficult to model group immunity given the limited knowledge of the interaction between the host immune system with the virus, whose capacity to evolve in face of a neutralizing response is also not known. It is therefore important to acquire a better knowledge of the immunological memory that ensures the resolution of COVID-19 after SARS-CoV2 infection. Method To study single-cell B and T memory cells specific for the anti-SARS-CoV-2 response and characterize somatic mutations of immunoglobulin genes and TCR, in hospitalized and symptomatic patients and in patients cured of SARS-CoV-2.
Familial Mediterranean Fever and Behçet: Analysis Before and After Covid19 Pandemic
Behcet DiseaseCOVID1 moreBehcet' disease (BD) is a chronic inflammatory disease which is characterized by oral and genital ulcers, uveitis and skin lesions. Musculoskeletal involvement such as arthrits, arthralgia, enthesis and sacroiliitis can be seen in course of BD. FMF is an autosomal recessive family disease characterized by abdominal pain, chest pain, joint pain and fever attacks as a result of inflammation of the serous membranes. FMF patients have been shown to experience higher levels of pain, fatigue, depression and anxiety than healthy controls, and this has increased sleep disturbance and reduced quality of life. FMF and BiH have common characteristics such as ethnicity, etiopathogenetic mechanisms, symptoms, and treatment. In December 2019, after the officially detected coronavirus (severe acute respiratory syndrome coranavirus-2 [SARS-CoV-2]) resistant to unknown treatment and rapidly spreading coronavirus in our country on March 11, 2020 in Hubei province of China, the number of cases increased rapidly and virus was isolated in 670 patients within 10 days. Ongoing concerns about the spread of Covid-19 infections have caused many measures to be taken. Among them, social isolation, home quarantine and avoiding collective places are the most important. In our country, in the process of social isolation, the areas of movement of Behçet and FMF patients, like everyone else, were restricted, their stress and anxiety levels increased and their motivation decreased. The aim of our study is to compare the pain, sleep, fatigue, physical activity level and quality of life and question exercise habits before and after the covid-19 outbreak in patients with Behçet and FMF.
Prognostication of Oxygen Requirement in Non-severe SARS-CoV-2 Infection

The primary objective of this study is to identify clinical and biochemical prognostic markers in adults with virologically confirmed COVID-19 who do not require oxygen supplementation, with a focus on: aiding safe discharge from a healthcare facility (i.e. a high NPV); near-term impact on COVID-19 interventions in resource-limited settings (i.e. simple clinico-demographic variables and biochemical markers for which near-patient / POCTs are commercially available or in late-stage development). Status and Predictors of Mental Health Symptoms Among Migrants and Refugees During the COVID-19...
MigrantsAnxiety1 moreMigrants and refugees are vulnerable subgroups in general with regards to symptoms of psychopathology. Furthermore, recent calls for paper urge investigation on current mental health status of migrants and refugees during the pandemic, as different barriers such as lack of emotional support from relatives, in addition to language barriers potentially impairing comprehension about the pandemic having the chance to increase symptoms of psychopathology such as anxiety and depression. This study seeks to investigate the levels of mental health symptoms (i.e., depression, general anxiety, and health anxiety) among immigrants and refugees in Norway during the COVID-19 pandemic. Demographic factors will be investigated to identify subgroups with increased risk of meeting clinically significant depression and anxiety symptoms, as established by validated cut-offs to be elaborated below. Furthermore, transdiagnostic predictors which may prove as useful intervention targets will be investigated.

To date, in patients with COVID-19 and their family members, there is little information on the functional status, cognitive ability, pattern of return to work, and health related quality of life after the ICU admission. This study aims to describe the psychological wellbeing, physical - and social functioning of COVID-19 ICU survivors and their family members up to 12 months following ICU discharge.
Optimising Resource Allocation Via Prediction of Outcomes for Covid-19
COVID19The investigators plan to use all of the information available within their local NHS hospitals Trust to work out what happens to people admitted with both suspected and proven Covid-19 infections. The investigators will use all of the information that they can to provide the most evidence possible to use in their investigation as this will make the results more accurate. This will include information on existing health conditions (e.g. by looking at previous discharge letters, GP summaries), clinical observations recorded in the hospital (e.g. temperature, blood pressure, pulse, oxygen levels) and laboratory measures (e.g. blood markers of infection). The investigators experienced team will then analyse all of this together with information about whether the person has Covid-19 to help work out what any new patients' risk will be. To do this the investigators need to use individual patients' information, however once removed from the hospital records system it will not be identifiable and will be held securely within the hospital at all times. As a result of this work the investigators plan to be able to do two things: When a patient is admitted to hospital with possible or confirmed Covid-19 the investigators will be able to make a highly accurate prediction of what is likely to happen to them (e.g. being admitted to high dependency or intensive care, dying or surviving to discharge) which will help health care professional make decisions about their care. By knowing what is likely to happen to a patient the investigators are able to make informed decisions about how to distribute healthcare resources e.g. which areas are likely to need more ventilators (machines to help with breathing), need for intensive care beds, discharge planning.

Recommendations for social distancing and quarantine decrees made by local governments, alongside the general public fear from the spread of the virus, are presumed to have markedly affected the trends in hospitals visits. Understanding the exact nature of the effect is critical for better anticipating and preparing health systems in the event of future outbreaks and in the post outbreak period. Therefore we intend to To identify retrospectively all patients who presented to the emergency department at our medical institute between January 1 - March 31 in the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. We will examine the impact of COVID-19 on the rates of surgical emergency visits, ratio of surgical visits to non-surgical visits, the ratio of severe presentations to non-severe presentations, and the impact of age on ED attendance.
Determination of the Effectiveness of Oral Chlorine Dioxide in the Treatment of COVID 19
COVID-19Abstract The objective of this study is to review, through prospective case research, the efficacy of oral chlorine dioxide in the treatment of patients with COVID infection 19. The research will be carried out between April and June 2020 with a quasi-experimental design in two health care centers on a sample of twenty (20) patients, through direct intervention, who will measure the changes in the manifest symptoms of infection and negativity. a COVID 19 after administration of the study preparation, to determine the effectiveness of chlorine dioxide in the treated group. Based on the results that are found and on the evaluation of efficacy on the basis of clinical improvement on a scale of 1 to 5, and of the negativization of COVID 19, we can conclude whether the therapeutic efficacy in this investigation is considered good by verifying whether or not there is efficacy of treatment with chlorine dioxide in COVID 19. With this research, it is hoped to stimulate the search for new therapeutic options in the treatment of COVID 19 and contribute to the development of NEW options in medications, considering the immense number of deaths and morbidity that currently exists in the present pandemic.
