Microflora and Metabolomics of Crohn's Disease Patients
Crohn DiseaseThe purpose of this study is to explore the microflora characteristics of different ecological loci and multiple metabolic pathways in Crohn's disease patients with different disease course states.
Multimodal Approach in IBD Patients
Ulcerative ColitisCrohn's Disease2 moreThe investigators intend to assess the role of several biomarkers in the prediction of relapse in IBD. Clinical, laboratory and endoscopic data will be gathered and a predictive score will be derived in order to assess the relapse risk at 1 year.
Comparison of Environmental Factors Between the Areas of Over- and Under-incidence of Crohn's Disease...
Environmental Exposurethe aim of this preliminary observational study is to compare external exposomes from 10 teeth issued through 10 subjects living in high incidence of crohn's disease area and 10 teeth issued through 10 subjects living in low incidence of crohn's disease area.
Management of Anal Fistula of Crohn Disease
Anal FistulaCrohn DiseaseThe management of anal fistula in Crohn Disease is complex. In aim to obtain the healing of the anal fistula, different approaches can be proposed but the best strategy is not yet determined. The aim was to describe the therapeutic management of anal fistula in Crohn Disease.
Pain in Patients With Crohn Disease (PAINCD)
Crohn DiseasePain2 moreAbdominal pain is a common symptom in patients with Crohn disease (CD). Pain is multifactorial, may result from inflammation but persists in many patients during remission. The aim of our study is to determine the epidemiology of pain in CD patients and define the characteristics of pain : localisation, temporal and sensorial characteristics, neuropathic component, impact on quality of life and mood.
Adherence to Exclusive Enteral Nutrition in Patients With Crohn's Disease
Crohn DiseaseThe study has not yet been completed
Nutritional Status and Body Composition of Adult Patients With Crohn's Disease
Crohn DiseasePatients with Crohn's disease generally have nutritional risks and malnutrition. The investigators will conduct a multicenter cross-sectional study to discover nutritional status and body composition of Chinese adult patients with CD.
The PRECIOUS Study: Predicting Crohn's & ColitIs Outcomes in the United States
Crohn DiseaseUlcerative Colitis2 moreA multi-center observational study based at referral centers and community hospitals within the US. Patients' blood will be collected at enrollment for testing with PredictSURE IBD™, which will occur at a later date. Patients will be prospectively followed up for 12 months with clinicians treating according to local standard of care, with a step-up or accelerated step-up regimen. Clinicians and patients will be blinded to the biomarker results.
The Diagnostic Methods of Early Postoperative Flare-up of Crohn's Disease
Crohn's DiseaseCrohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory transmural bowel disorder characterized by high rate of postoperative anastomotic complications and recurrences. Surgery itself can influence immunologic function and trigger inflammatory response, which may result in the flare of Crohn's disease soon after surgery (within one month), especially near the anastomosis. Early flare-up of Crohn's disease can negatively impact the outcomes of operation. However, due to the the complexity of perioperative period and dangerous of invasive examine, it is difficult to distinguish disease flare from postoperative complications. In this study, the investigators aim to development a diagnostic method of flare-up within one month after surgery, which can help us to detect and then treat disease flare in time.
FMT in Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Faecal Microbiota TransplantationCrohn Disease2 moreThis is a prospective observational cohort study, over 52 weeks, evaluating the the use of faecal microbiota transplantation amongst patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Microscopic Colitis
