Treatment of Perianal Crohn's Disease, Combining Medical and Surgical Treatment.
Crohn's DiseaseThis study is aimed to assess the hypothesis that instillation of fibrin glue with the induction of local conditions using Infliximab, may be useful in the treatment of perianal Crohn's disease.
ASTIC Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation for Crohn's Disease
Crohn DiseaseTransplant study for patients with relapsing Crohn's disease demonstrating clear intolerance or toxicity to conventional treatment. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a potential clinical benefit of hematopoietic stem cell mobilisation followed by high dose immuno-ablation and autologous stem cell transplantation versus hematopoietic stem cell mobilisation only followed by best clinical practice.
Study About the Effect of Doxycycline and Acetylcystein in the Treatment of CD-associated Fistulae...
Crohn's DiseaseThe investigators will study whether local instillation of Doxycycline and Acetylcystein results in fistula closure in CD patients.
High Dose Oral 4-Aminosalicylic Acid (PASER®) to Control Acute Flares of Mild to Moderate Crohn's...
Crohn's DiseaseThe purpose of this 4 week study is to determine whether PASER®, an approved delayed-release oral formulation of 4-aminosalicylic acid, in doses of 50 milligrams per kilogram three times daily for 2 weeks followed by 50 milligrams per kilogram twice daily for 2 weeks, will resolve an acute flare of ileocecal Crohn's disease.
A Study to Evaluate the Effect of Ustekinumab on Cytochrome P450 Enzyme Activities Following Induction...
Crohn DiseaseUlcerative ColitisThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the potential effects of an intravenous (IV) induction and subcutaneous (SC) maintenance administration of ustekinumab on the pharmacokinetic (PK) of a cocktail of representative probe substrates of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes (CYP3A4, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, and CYP1A2) in participants with Active Crohn's disease (CD) or Ulcerative Colitis (UC).
Ibd CAncer and seRious Infections in France (I-CARE 2)
IBDUlcerative Colitis1 moreThis is a French prospective longitudinal observational multicentre cohort study. Primary objective : to assess prospectively the presence and the extent of safety concerns (cancer, serious infections, arterial and venous thrombotic events) in patients with CD and UC and treated with JAKi, anti-IL23p19, and S1p modulators.
Validation of an IUS Activity Index
Crohn DiseaseThe primary objective of this study is to prospectively validate a novel intestinal ultrasound (IUS) Crohn's disease (CD) activity index and component items, correlating CD activity and responsiveness to therapy as evaluated by IUS with evaluations by ileocolonoscopy (IC) (Simple Endoscopic Score for Crohn's disease [SES-CD]) and magnetic resonance enterography (MRE) (Simplified Magnetic Resonance Index of Activity [MaRIA] score).
Efficacy and Safety of Vedolizumab Subcutaneous (SC) as Maintenance Therapy in Crohn's Disease (CD)...
Crohn's DiseaseThe purpose of this study is to assess the effect of vedolizumab subcutaneous (vedolizumab SC) as maintenance treatment in participants with moderately to severely active CD who achieved clinical response following administration of vedolizumab intravenous (vedolizumab IV) induction therapy.
Nutritional Therapy Study in Pediatric Crohn's Disease
Crohn's DiseaseThe investigators are doing this research study to answer questions about a nutritional therapy called the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) for children with active Crohn's Disease (CD). The SCDiet is a diet where all grains such as wheat, barley, corn, rice are restricted. Most dairy products (except certain yogurt) are also restricted. The diet mainly consists of meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, oils and honey, and is offered to individuals with active Crohn's disease as part of standard of care at Seattle Children's. For this study, the investigators will have three different dietary groups: Traditional SCD diet group Modified SCD to include oatmeal and rice SCD with whole foods without added sugar Specifically, the investigators want to know: Is the SCD well tolerated? Is SCD effective for the treatment for active Crohn's Disease? Will the results from the varied three dietary groups have the same results for each patient?
Extended Access Program of Vedolizumab IV in Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease
ColitisUlcerative1 moreThe purpose of this study is to monitor ongoing safety in subjects with ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD) and to provide access to vedolizumab for qualifying subjects who, in the opinion of the investigator, continue to derive benefit from vedolizumab and for whom continued treatment with vedolizumab is desired because there is no other comparable product available or the subject may be expected to develop worsening of disease if they were to modify treatment.
