The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two fixed dose (1200mg/day, 1600mg/day) of INM-176 (a drug of treating dementia) comparing with donepezil for treatment for patients with Alzheimer type dementia.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether a comprehensive cognitive-behavioral therapy-based, multi-component treatment programme is effective in the treatment of neuropsychiatric symptoms of patients with mild Alzheimer's dementia.

Alzheimer's disease is the most common form of dementia and is the fourth leading cause of death among people 65 years of age and older. The study is designed to investigate the effects of rilapladib on biomarkers related to the Alzheimer's disease, and cognitive function.

This is a Phase 1, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind, Study of Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of Velusetrag in Healthy Elderly Subjects.

Cognitively normal individuals, patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or Alzheimer's Disease (AD) will undergo clinical screening, neuropsychological tests, blood and urine analyses, quantitative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and proton (1H ) and carbon 13 (13C) magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). Each individual will receive minocycline oral administration for 4 weeks initially, after which MRI, MRS and neuropsychological results will be recorded. If no adverse side effects occur, subjects will continue minocycline administration for an additional 5 months.

A medicine that is FDA-approved for bone marrow stimulation (called Leukine) will be tested for its ability to be tolerated by Alzheimer's disease patients and potentially to improve their memory.

The early assessment of new drugs for Alzheimer's disease remains difficult because of the lack of predictive end-point. The use of a battery including different parameters could improve this early development of new drugs. Nevertheless, the interest of such a battery should previously be validated with the yet marketed AD drugs

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of donepezil (Aricept) for the treatment of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in elderly adults. This study will also determine whether adding ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) enhances the effects of donepezil.
