The goal of this cross-sectional study is to assess the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale as screening tool for Postpartum Depression among women delivering at Egyptian tertiary health care system, University Hospital, regarding Prevalence and risk factors. participants of this study with fill the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale and their socio-demographic, obstetric and psychological data will be collected and analysed. prevalence of postpartum depression in Egyptian women will be assessed as well as the associated risk factors

Our study aims to evaluate the role of depression in blood pressure control in ambulatory hypertensive patients.

The patients with depression were observed and followed up to evaluate the changes of symptoms and cognitive function in patients with depression at different time points before and after drug treatment. The goals of this study are to identify neurobiological factors that predict recurrence risk, and examine how cognitive performance changes are both influenced by these neurobiological factors and also predict recurrence risk.

This is a 2x2, within-subjects, cross-over trial to test the anti-depressant effects of acute exercise in 20 participants with bipolar depression. Participants will complete four experimental sessions, two with an exercise challenge and two with a resting control condition in a counterbalanced order. Participants will receive either 800mg of ibuprofen or placebo before exercise or rest in order to test whether blocking the inflammatory response to exercise interferes with the neural and psychological effects of exercise.
