Different Application Rates of Crisaborole Ointment 2% in Adults With Mild to Moderate Atopic Dermatitis...

This study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 3 different application rates of topically applied Crisaborole ointment 2% over vehicle in adults with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (AD). In each subject four application areas will be identified. Each subject will receive 4 treatments: the 3 different application rates of the active treatment and the vehicle. The areas will be randomly assigned to treatment with topical Crisaborole ointment 2% and vehicle, once daily, for 2 weeks, without occlusion.

This study will investigate the steroid sparing potential of DS107E to vehicle in patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. DS107E or vehicle will be topically administered with a steroid twice a day for the first 7 days. For the following 28 days DS107E or vehicle will be topically administered twice a day. This study will enrol approximately 40 adult patients.

This is a multi-centers, phase IIa, double blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial of Antroquinonol in patients with atopic dermatitis.Duration of treatment is 12 week in total. Study visits will occur every 4 weeks. AEs/SAEs, changes to concomitant medications will be noted, vital signs will be taken, and efficacy evaluations will be performed as well. The last estimation of variable scores will occur for all subjects.
