Considering the multifactorial nature of the complications of Type 2 diabetes, such as cardiovascular and neurological complications and therefore the multiplicity of risk factors that contribute to their development, it is assumed that the use of a dedicated function of the MyStar Connect software (beta version), that allows the querying of the application through specific queries (presence of risk factors) and the calculation of specific risk scores in order to extract the patients most at risk of developing such complications, can provide support to the diabetologist to optimize management of the patient at risk and complicated through, for example, a more intensive visit program and this then translates into an improvement in the parameters related to these risk factors.

The investigators want to obtain the clinical profile, hematological profile, and biochemical profile from diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) patient.

To compare the risk of acute pancreatitis in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) newly initiating empagliflozin to that of patients newly initiating other oral non-incretin/non-Sodium glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitor (SGLT2i)-containing hypoglycemic agents.

The purpose of this study is to collect information on how Ryzodeg® works in real-world patients. Participants will get Ryzodeg® as prescribed to by their doctor. The primary research question is to evaluate whether, among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D), initiation of empagliflozin changes the adjusted incidence of outcomes compared with initiation of Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP1-RA).

The objectives of this study are to assess the risk of ketoacidosis, severe urinary tract infections, volume depletion, and dehydration associated in patients with T2DM initiating Empagliflozin compared to patient initiating a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors over a 12-month period of follow-up, including the month of Ramadan

The purpose of the study is to register the occurrence of cardiovascular disease among type 2 diabetes patients across ten countries across the world. Participants will be asked to give information about their health. Participants will continue their normal way of life and will not get any medication other than prescribed to them by their doctor. Participants' participation will be one day/one visit at their doctor. The study will last for about 6 months in total.

The purpose of this survey is to determine the onset of new cerebral and cardiovascular events and changes in metabolic syndrome parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus on long-term pioglitazone (Actos Tablets) treatment.
