Influence of Diabetes on Tramadol Pharmacokinetics
Neuropathic PainType 1 Diabetes Mellitus1 moreThis study aimed to investigate the influence of uncontrolled type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) on the kinetic disposition, metabolism and pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics of tramadol enantiomers in patients with neuropathic pain. Thus, nondiabetic patients (control group, n = 12), patients with type 1 DM (n = 9), and patients with type 2 DM (n = 9), all with neuropathic pain and phenotyped as extensive metabolizers of cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) who were treated with a single oral dose of 100 mg racemic tramadol were investigated.

ZP4207(Dasiglucagon) Administered to T1D Patients to Assess the PK and PD Compared to Marketed Glucagon...
Diabetes Mellitus Type 1The trial is a single-centre, randomised, sequential, cross-over trial assessing pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic responses after micro-doses of ZP4207 (dasiglucagon*) administered subcutaneously to patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus under euglycaemic and hypoglycaemic conditions and compared to marketed glucagon. *dasiglucagon is the proposed International Nonproprietary Name (pINN) for ZP4207
Safety Assessment of SAR341402 and NovoLog® Used in Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion for...
Type 1 Diabetes MellitusPrimary Objective: - To assess the safety of SAR341402 and NovoLog® when used in external insulin pumps in terms of the number of patients with infusion set occlusions. Secondary Objectives: To assess the safety of SAR341402 and NovoLog® when used in external pumps in terms of unexplained hyperglycemia. To assess the safety of SAR341402 and NovoLog® when used in external pumps in terms of: Intervals for infusion set changes. Number of patients with insulin pump for "non-delivery" alarm. Patient observation of infusion set occlusion. Adverse events and serious adverse events. Number of patients with hypoglycemic events [according to ADA (American Diabetes Association) Workgroup on hypoglycemia].
