The purpose of the study is to collect information on how semaglutide works in real world patients. Participants will get semaglutide prescribed by their study doctor. The study will last for about 6 to 8 months. The participants will be asked to complete some questionnaires about their health and their diabetes treatment. Participants will complete these during their normally scheduled visits with their study doctor.

The purpose of this study is to collect information on how Xultophy® works with other oral anti diabetic medication in patients with type 2 diabetes. Participants will get Xultophy® as prescribed by the study doctor. The study will last for about 26 weeks. Participants will be asked questions about health and diabetes treatment and lab tests as part of normal doctor's appointment.

This protocol involves a qualitative study of the needs/preferences of people with diabetes and health coaches regarding a telehealth coaching platform for glycemic control in people with diabetes.

The purpose of the study is to collect information on how Tresiba® works in real world patients. Patients will get Tresiba® as prescribed to them by their study doctor. The study will last for about 6 to 8 months. Patients will be asked questions about their health and diabetes treatment as part of their normal study doctor's appointment.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is creating a health pandemic globally. Management of type 2 diabetes involves combination of lifestyle intervention and drug intervention, which includes sodium-glucose transporter 2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors, such as dapagliflozin. Dapagliflozin (Forxiga®) was approved by the Malaysian Drug Authority for the treatment of type 2 diabetes in 2014. This study will describe the characteristics of patients who are prescribed dapagliflozin by diabetologists/endocrinologists in a tertiary referral center and describe their glycaemic control, weight, and renal function at baseline and during use of dapagliflozin.

The main purpose of this study is to estimate missed bolus insulin doses in diabetics. This is a 12-week, single-arm, outpatient, exploratory study with two study periods in Type 1 or Type 2 diabetics, with an investigational reusable injection pen, insulin, and a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) device.

The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the event rate of the composite endpoint of all-cause mortality (ACM) or hospitalization for heart failure (HF) for participants with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and established cardiovascular (CV) disease among new users of sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitor (SGLT2i) as compared with new users of non-SGLT2i anti-hyperglycemic agent (AHA).

A pervasive and persistent finding is the health disadvantage experienced by those in food insecure households. While clear associations have been identified between food insecurity and diabetes risk factors, less is known about the relationship between food insecurity and incident type 2 diabetes. The objective of this study is to investigate the association between household food insecurity and the future development of type 2 diabetes. The investigators used data from Ontario adult respondents to the 2004 Canadian Community Health Survey, linked to health administrative data (n = 4,739). Food insecurity was assessed with the Household Food Security Survey Module and incident type 2 diabetes cases were identified by the Ontario Diabetes Database. Multivariable adjusted Cox proportional hazards models were used to estimate hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for type 2 diabetes as a function of food insecurity.
