This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label, parallel, Phase 4 clinical trial to compare efficacy and safety of gabapentin/B-complex versus pregabalin in diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain (DPNP) management.

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of Perampanel in patients with painful diabetic neuropathy.

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pregabalin at 300 mg/day and 600 mg/day (BID) in patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

This is a Phase II dose-ranging study to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of DA-9801 in the treatment of pain associated with diabetic neuropathy.
