A Study of XmAb®18087 in Subjects With NET and GIST
Neuroendocrine TumorGastrointestinal NeoplasmThis is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending dose escalation study; to define a MTD/RD and regimen consisting of a first "priming" dose and escalated subsequent doses of XmAb18087; to describe safety and tolerability; to assess PK and immunogenicity; and to preliminarily assess anti-tumor activity of XmAb18087 in subjects with advanced NET or GIST. The study will enroll dosing cohorts to establish a MTD/RD and regimen in subjects with advanced NET or GIST, then enroll additional subjects into separate NET and GIST expansion cohorts to collect additional data on safety and potential efficacy of XmAb18087.
A Biological Study of Resveratrol's Effects on Notch-1 Signaling in Subjects With Low Grade Gastrointestinal...
Neuroendocrine TumorResveratrol has been shown to activate a protein called Notch-1. Signaling of Notch-1 has been shown to prevent tumor cell growth. Resveratrol has also been shown to prevent growth of tumors in mice. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of resveratrol and Notch-1 on neuroendocrine tumor tissue and to examine how people with neuroendocrine tumors who take resveratrol for up to three months tolerate the product.

Feasibility Study for Robotic Endomicroscopy to Better Define Resection Strategies (PERSEE)
Cancer of Digestive SystemOvarian CancerThis study aims at demonstrating the feasibility of probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (pCLE) and needle-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (nCLE). Contraindications for resection surgery may sometimes be missed during exploratory surgical procedures. That may lead to an incomplete thus useless surgery and delay the right treatment. The objectives of this study are to improve the detection of cancer extension during exploratory procedures and to guide resection to ensure clear margins.
Phase I Trial of Combination of FOLFIRI and SOM 230
Gastrointestinal TumorThis is a single-arm, open-label, phase I study of combination therapy with SOM 230 and FOLFIRI. We will utilize a sequential dose-escalation design to define the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of SOM 230 when combined with standard doses of FOLFIRI.
Hydrogel Injection to Assist Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection
Submucosal Tumor of Gastrointestinal TractThe aim of the investigators' study is to evaluate the mucosa-elevating capacity and clinical safety of Sodium Alginate (SA) mixed with Calcium Lactate in assisting Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection/Endoscopic Mucosal Resection.
