Late Phase 2 Study of OPC-12759 Ophthalmic Suspension
Dry Eye SyndromesThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the dose-response of OPC-12759 suspension in dry eye patients
Non-invasive Tear Film Dynamic Measurements in Normal, MGD and ADDE Subjects After Saline Instillation...
Aqueous Deficient Dry EyeMeibomium Gland DysfunctionCompare the objective tear film dynamic measurements in three different populations (MGD [Meibomium Gland Dysfunction], ADDE [Aqueous Deficient Dry Eye] and normal/control [non-dry eye]) and the subjective experience before and after instilling a single drop of saline in each eye. Currently available office-based tests for dry eye do not reliably correlate with patients' subjective symptoms. This study is interested in assessing how individuals with these two different ocular surface diseases compare with the normal population when measured objectively using two different instruments.
Evaluation of Efficacy and Safety of Vismed Gel Multi 0.3% Versus Vismed Multi 0.18% on Treatment...
Dry EyeThis study is a multicentric, comparative, randomized, investigator-blinded, parallel group study to demonstrate the non-inferiority of Vismed® Gel Multi 0.3% in comparison with Vismed® Multi 0.18% in terms of cornea and conjunctiva staining (Oxford score) on patients with moderate to severe ocular dryness, after 35 days of treatment.
Evaluation Of Vision Recovery And Comfort Index In Patients With Borderline/Mild Dry Eyes Undergoing...
Dry Eye SyndromesThis is a prospective, open-label, single-center, randomized, head-to-head, investigator-sponsored clinical study. It aims to investigate the vision recovery and patient comfort in borderline/mild dry eye disease patients undergoing FLACS with Premium PCIOL (i.e., Panoptix, Toric IOL (spherical/multifocal), ReStor, Symfony), receiving a 0.4mg dexamethasone intracanalicular insert when compared to patients receiving standard of care prednisolone acetate 1%.
Analysis of the Diagnostic Performance of LacryDiag, a New Analyzer of the Ocular Surface in the...
Dry EyeLacryDiag is a new Conformity European (CE) marked diagnostic imaging device devoted to the analysis of the ocular surface. It is an "all in one" device that provides 4 data: non-invasive break-up time (Non-Invasive Break-Up-Time (NIBUT) without fluorescein eye drop); height of the Tear Meniscus (TM); an infrared image of the meibomian glands; a picture of the lacrimal film by interferometry. it's performance will be compare between in diagnosing dry eye syndrome with the standard clinical evaluation, in 80 patients suffering from dry eye diseases and followed at the consultation of the Ophthalmology department of the University Hospital of Saint-Etienne.
Efficacy of Xiidra in Dry Eye Disease After Collagen Cross Linking
Corneal Diseasedry eye disease after corneal collagen cross linking affect ocular function leading to reduced vision, photophobia, glare, halos, and foreign body sensation.
Study to Evaluate a Contact Lens Lubricating and Rewetting Drop
Dry EyeThe objective of this study is to evaluate the product performance of investigational lubricating and rewetting drops.
Comparison of Tear Evaporation Rate With Systane Complete in Dry Eye and Non-Dry Eye
Evaporative Dry EyeThe objective of the study is to compare the rate of tear evaporation, measured with a novel evaporimeter, before and for one hour after an eye drop containing nano-sized oil droplets has been instilled.
