The purpose of this study is to confirm the safety profile / factors which impact safety and efficacy of Nexium capsules in daily clinical usage for the patients who have been prescribed Nexium for "gastric ulcer", "duodenal ulcer", "anastomotic ulcer", "reflux oesophagitis", "non-erosive reflux disease", or "Zollinger-Ellison syndrome"

The purpose of this study is to confirm the safety profile / factors which impact safety and efficacy in patients given triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication with Nexium + amoxicillin (AMPC) + clarithromycin (CAM), or Nexium + AMPC + metronidazole (MNZ) in usual post-marketing use.

The purpose of this study is to understand the following safety related particulars associated with the use of Pariet Tablet 5 milligram (mg) to prevent gastric and duodenal ulcer from low dose aspirin administration of 100 mg or less daily in participants with a history of gastric and duodenal ulcer: 1. Serious adverse events (SAEs) and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) 2. Unexpected adverse events (AEs) and ADRs not reflected in the precautions for use 3. Known ADRs 4. Non-serious ADRs 5. Other safety and efficacy related information.

The Study purpose is to evaluate Helicobacter pylori susceptibility to Clarithromycin and to estimate eradication and healing rates of duodenal ulcer routine eradication therapy at the end of treatment and 52 weeks from the therapy start

The purpose of this investigation is to collect following data in patients given Nexium capsule (Nexium) for long term in usual-post-marketing therapy to prevention of recurrence of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

Compare 24-hour intragastric pH and therapeutic effectiveness of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) among different administration methods: per oral (PO), intravenous (IV), and sublingual (SL).

Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) is a major human pathogenic bacterium in gastric mucosa which is linked to the development of gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and gastric cancer. However the regulatory mechanism of H.pylori-induced immune response is not clear. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) has recently emerged as key post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression, differentiation. The investigators had a preliminary results which THRIL (TNFα and hnRNPL related immunoregulatory lincRNA) and PACER(p50-associated COX-2 extragenic RNA) played a potential role in H.pylori induced inflammatory cascade. However, there wasn't a previous study about expression of THRIL, PACER in a human tissue. Therefore, the investigators aimed to evaluate the expression of THRIL, PACER in patients with gastrointestinal disease according to H.pylori infection.
