An Observational Study Based on Endometrial Cancer Risk Screening Model
Endometrial NeoplasmsThe goal of this observational study is to test the efficiency of our endometrial cancer risk screening calculator, and improve the endometrial cancer risk screening model to form a stable and reliable non-invasive auxiliary diagnostic tool with high sensitivity and specificity in healthy women. The main question it aims to answer is: ·the efficiency of our endometrial cancer risk screening calculator Participants will be collected demographic information, as well as ultrasound, blood routine test and other test results, which will be entered into the endometrial cancer risk screening calculator to obtain high-risk or low-risk prediction results.
Observational Basket Trial to Collect Tissue to Train and Validate a Live Tumor Diagnostic Platform...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerMelanoma5 moreThe primary objective of this study is to determine the ex-vivo prognostic accuracy of the Cybrid live tumor diagnostic platform across a basket of solid tumors, using in-vivo RECIST 1.1 as the reference method.
Registry Platform Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer
Ovarian CancerEndometrial Cancer7 moreThe purpose of the project is to set up a national, prospective, longitudinal, multicenter cohort study, a tumor registry platform, to document uniform data on characteristics, molecular diagnostics, treatment and course of disease, to collect patient-reported outcomes and to establish a decentralized biobank for patients with advanced or metastatic ovarian cancer (OC) or advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer (EC) in Germany.
The Role of Endometrial Blood Flow in Endometrial Cancer
Endometrial CancerThe incidence of endometrial cancer is gradually increasing nowaday. Sonography can be used to evaluate the endometrial volume, the vascularity and the blood flow. This study will analyze the role of preoperative endometrial blood flow in the outcome of endometrial cancer patients.
ORACLE: Observation of ResiduAl Cancer With Liquid Biopsy Evaluation
Bladder CarcinomaUreter Carcinoma13 moreThe purpose of ORACLE is to demonstrate the ability of a novel ctDNA assay developed by Guardant Health to detect recurrence in individuals treated for early-stage solid tumors. It is necessary that ctDNA test results are linked to clinical outcomes in order to demonstrate clinical validity for recurrence detection and explore its value in a healthcare environment subject to cost containment.
Vibrational Spectroscopy for Endometrial Cancer Diagnosis
Endometrial CancerEndometrial HyperplasiaThe purpose of this study is to investigate the ability of vibrational spectroscopic techniques, Raman spectroscopy and Attenuated Total Reflection - Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), to accurately differentiate endometrial tissue, lymph nodes and blood samples with womb cancer or endometrial hyperplasia from healthy controls.
Universal Endometrial Cancer DNA Sequencing for Detection of Lynch Syndrome and Personalized Care...
Endometrial AdenocarcinomaEndometrial Carcinoma2 moreThis clinical trial studies universal screening for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) mismatch repair deficiency in patients with endometrial cancer, mutations in the genes responsible for Lynch syndrome (inherited forms of endometrial cancers) and other DNA changes that could help guide treatment strategies. Universal tumor DNA sequencing may help doctors better understand how to personalize care, increase length of life, and increase quality of life in patients with endometrial cancer and their relatives.
Development and Management of Registry in Patients With Gynecologic Cancer in Korea
Cervical CancerEndometrial Cancer3 moreThe goal of this observational study is to identify and analyze the characteristics, treatment trends, prognostic factors and survival prognosis of Korean gynecologic cancer patients. Ultimately, the final goal is to contribute to the development of safe surgical methods and treatment for gynecologic cancer to improve survival rates.
Circulating Tumor DNA Study in Patients With Endometrial Cancer
Endometrial CancerThe objective of this study is to identify a population at risk of early recurrence after oncologic resection surgery of a primary uterine tumor based on the detection of ctDNA
Stratifying Endometrial Cancer Patients Using a PET/MRI Prognostic Model
Endometrium CancerEndometrial cancer (EC) is the most common gynecological malignancy in high-income countries. Prognosis and treatment are dictated by cancer histological subtype and grade coupled with surgical staging as described by Surgical International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging system. Surgery is the elective standard treatment and used for staging of EC. The purpose of this study is to collect images from a simultaneous PET/MRI study from which to extrapolate a preoperative, non-invasive, prognostic model.
