Male Breast CancerRecurrent Breast Cancer5 morePhase I trial to study the effectiveness of interleukin-12, paclitaxel, and trastuzumab in treating patients who have solid tumors. Interleukin-12 may kill tumor cells by stopping blood flow to the tumor and by stimulating a person's white blood cells to kill cancer cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Monoclonal antibodies such as trastuzumab can locate tumor cells and either kill them or deliver tumor-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Combining interleukin-12, chemotherapy, and monoclonal antibody therapy may kill more tumor cells.

Endometrial CancerRATIONALE: Lymphadenectomy may remove cancer cells that have spread to nearby lymph nodes. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. It is not yet known whether conventional surgery is more effective with or without lymphadenectomy and/or radiation therapy in treating endometrial cancer. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of conventional surgery with or without lymphadenectomy and/or radiation therapy in treating patients who have endometrial cancer.

A Study of Durvalumab With or Without Tremelimumab in Endometrial Cancer
Endometrial CancerEndometrial Carcinosarcoma4 moreThis study will test the safety and efficacy of the experimental drug called durvalumab with or without another experimental drug called tremelimumab in endometrial cancer. Radiologic tumor assessment will be repeated every 8 weeks +/- 7 days for the first 48 weeks and then every 12 weeks +/- 7 days until PD. For patients who remain progression free 2 years post completion of protocol directed treatment, every 6 months +/- 1 month. irRECIST assessments will only be completed for patients continuing treatment beyond PD.

The Phase 1a, open-label, cohort will identify a recommended dose of FPA150 to use for Phase 1a Combination (FPA150 and Pembrolizumab) Safety Lead-in and for Phase 1b monotherapy cohorts.
Dendritic Cells for Immunotherapy of Metastatic Endometrial Cancer Patients
Endometrial CancerPrevention of infectious diseases through immunization is one of the greatest achievements of modern medicine. Nonetheless, considerable challenges remain for improving the efficacy of existing vaccines for therapeutic immunizations for diseases such as cancer. The investigators were amongst the first groups worldwide that introduced tumor antigen-loaded dendritic cell (DC)-based vaccines in the clinic1-3. Effective immune responses and favorable clinical outcomes have indeed been observed4-7. Thus far, mainly conventional in vitro generated monocyte-derived DCs (moDC) have been used in clinical trials worldwide. In the past 14 years the investigators have treated more than 375 patients and proven that DC therapy is feasible and non-toxic. The investigators observed that long lasting tumor specific T cell-mediated immunological responses are clearly linked to increased progression free survival as well as overall survival8. In conclusion, based on all these observations the investigators are convinced that pDC and myDC employ different, and probably more optimal mechanisms to combat cancer. In addition, based on in vitro data and preclinical studies that suggest that blood pDC and myDC act synergistically, the investigators hypothesize that the combination of myDC and pDC may induce stronger anti-tumor immune responses as compared to pDC or myDC alone, or moDC.
