Endometrial CancerComparison of radiotherapy tolerance (two types of radiotherapy) for patients over 70 years with a endometrial cancer.
Efficacy Study of Chemotherapy to Treat Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Cancer
Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial CancerThe purpose of this study is to treat advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer, paclitaxel-containing regimen is the preferred chemotherapeutic regimen which is selected by most physicians. Docetaxel may have similar efficacy and more favorable treatment related toxicity profile as tested in epithelial ovarian cancer trials. Therefore, the investigators aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of docetaxel plus cisplatin in patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer.
A Study of Combination of Temsirolimus (Torisel®) and Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin (PLD, Doxil®/Caelyx®)...
Advanced/Recurrent Breast CancerEndometrial Cancer1 moreA study to examine the combination of temsirolimus and Caelyx® (chemotherapeutic) in advanced or recurrent breast, endometrial and ovarian cancer.
A Safety and Efficacy of CCRT With Paclitaxel as Adjuvant Therapy to Post-Operative Advanced Endometrial...
Endometrial CancerThe purpose of this study is to determine whether post-operative concurrent chemoradiation with paclitaxel is effective and safe in the treatment of high risk postoperative endometrial cancer patients.
Fluorescence for Sentinel Lymph Node Identification in Cancer Surgery
Breast CarcinomaHead and Neck Cancer9 moreThis is a single-center prospective clinical trial to evaluate non-inferiority of indocyanine green guided sentinel lymph node biopsy compared with the gold standard Technecium99 guided sentinel lymph node biopsy in patients with cancers and subjected to surgery. The diagnostic performance and the tolerance of indocyanine green (ICG) to the radio-isotope (Techniciun99) in the detection of sentinel lymph nodes will be assess using an "Optonuclear" probe (EURORAD S.A.) and QUEST camera
Reliability and Interest of Circulating Tumor DNA in Endometrial Cancers.
Circulating Tumor DNAEndometrial CancerThe recent histo-prognostic molecular discoveries of the TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas) have shed new light on the classification of endometrial carcinomas. After carrying out different types of high-throughput molecular analyzes on 373 endometrial carcinomas of different histological types, 4 major tumor subtypes could be identified, each with a different survival profile (the "ultra-mutated" group with POLE mutations, the "hypermuted" group with microsatellite instability (MSI), the "low number of copies" group, and the "high number of copies" group). This histomolecular classification is not yet directly transposable to clinical practice and tumor genetic characteristics have not had any direct therapeutic impact to date. The main objective of the study is to determine the concordance rate between molecular analysis of tumor tissue and that of cDNA in patients with endometrial cancer during treatment.
Lymph Node Mapping in Patients With Endometrial Cancer
Endometrial CancerThis clinical trial studies lymph node mapping in patients with endometrial cancer. Lymph node mapping may allow for limited removal of lymph nodes in as part of endometrial cancer staging and treatment.
