A Phase II Study of AK104 Plus Lenvatinib and TACE in HCC
UnresectableNon-metastatic Hepatocellular CarcinomaTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of AK104 plus lenvatinib combined with on-demand TACE in participants with unresectable, non-metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma
Atezolizumab Plus Etoposide and Platinum in Small Cell Bladder Cancer
Small Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of BladderBladder Cancer1 moreThis is a single arm, Phase II trial involving the use of atezolizumab plus platinum and etoposide for patients with locally advanced urothelial cancer. The primary goal of this trial is to assess the pathologic complete response rate at cystectomy in patients after being treated with a combination therapy of atezolizumab, platinum, and etoposide.
Tiragolumab and Atezolizumab for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 Deficient...
Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid TumorEpithelioid Sarcoma16 moreThis phase I/II trial studies how well tiragolumab and atezolizumab works when given to children and adults with SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 deficient tumors that that has either come back (relapsed) or does not respond to therapy (refractory). SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 deficiency means that tumor cells are missing the SMARCB1 and SMARCA4 genes, seen with some aggressive cancers that are typically hard to treat. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as tiragolumab and atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
Microbiota Transplant to Cancer Patients Who Have Failed Immunotherapy Using Faeces From Clinical...
Melanoma Stage IVHead and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma4 moreThis is a single-arm, single-center, open-label, phase IIa study evaluating the safety, feasibility and efficacy of Faecal Microbiota Transplant (FMT) to cancer patients not responding to ICI therapy, using ICI-responders as donors.
A Study of Probiotics Administration in the Immunotherapy of Urothelial Bladder Carcinoma
Bladder Urothelial CarcinomaA study of the efficacy and safety of probiotics in immunotherapy of urothelial carcinoma.
A Study to Investigate LYL797 in Adults With Solid Tumors
Triple Negative Breast CancerTNBC - Triple-Negative Breast Cancer15 moreThis study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll TNBC and NSCLC patients. The second part of the study will test that dose in additional TNBC and NSCLC patients.
Enfortumab Vedotin and Pembrolizumab in People With Bladder Cancer
Urothelial CarcinomaThis study will test whether enfortumab vedotin combined with pembrolizumab is an effective treatment for people with bladder cancer (urothelial carcinoma) involving the lymph nodes who are going to have surgery to remove their cancer (cystectomy). The researchers will look at whether treatment with enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab before surgery can get rid of cancer within the lymph nodes. They will also try to find out if this combination of drugs is effective at shrinking participants' cancer before their surgery. The researchers think that a combination of enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab may help people with this disease because both drugs are designed to help the immune system attack and kill cancer cells. The researchers think the drugs may be more effective if given in combination rather than on their own.
PBF-1129 and Nivolumab for the Treatment of Recurrent or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Metastatic Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaRecurrent Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma3 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of PBF-1129 in combination with nivolumab in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has come back (recurrent) or spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as PBF-1129 and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
CVM-1118 in Combination With Nivolumab for Unresectable Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Hepatocellular CarcinomaAdvanced CancerCVM-1118 is a new small molecule chemical entity being developed as a potential anti-cancer therapeutic by TaiRx, Inc. CVM-1118 is a potent anti-cancer agent in numerous human cancer cell lines. The safety of administrating CVM-1118 on human has been evaluated from the phase 1 study. The objective of the phase 2 study is to further investigate the efficacy of CVM-1118 with nivolumab for subjects with unresectable advanced hepatoma.
A Study of SOT101 in Combination With Pembrolizumab to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety in Patients...
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerColorectal Cancer4 moreThe primary objective of the study is to estimate the antitumor efficacy of SOT101 in combination with pembrolizumab in selected tumors.
