Galinpepimut-S in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Selected Advanced Cancers
Acute Myelogenous LeukemiaOvarian Cancer3 moreTo evaluate the safety and tolerability of galinpepimut-S in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with selected advanced cancers. Patients will be followed long-term for Overall Survival (OS) and safety. The study will enroll approximately 90 patients and maximum study treatment duration is approximately 2.13 years.
Study of Cabozantinib in Combination With Atezolizumab to Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic...
Urothelial CarcinomaRenal Cell Carcinoma12 moreThis is a multicenter Phase 1b, open-label study to assess safety, tolerability, preliminary efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of cabozantinib taken in combination with atezolizumab in subjects with multiple tumor types, including advanced urothelial carcinoma (UC) (including bladder, renal pelvis, ureter, urethra), renal cell carcinoma (RCC), castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), ovarian cancer (OC), endometrial cancer (EC), hepatocellular cancer (HCC), gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction cancer/lower esophageal cancer (GC/GEJC/LEC), colorectal cancer (CRC), head and neck (H&N) cancer, and differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). The study consists of two stages: in the Dose Escalation Stage, an appropriate recommended cabozantinib dose for the combination with standard dosing regimen of atezolizumab will be established; in the Expansion Stage, tumor-specific cohorts will be enrolled in order to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination treatment in these tumor indications. Three exploratory single-agent cabozantinib (SAC) cohorts may also be enrolled with UC, NSCLC, or CRPC subjects. One exploratory single-agent atezolizumab (SAA) cohort may also be enrolled with CRPC subjects. Subjects enrolled in the SAC cohorts and SAA cohort may receive combination treatment with both cabozantinib and atezolizumab after they experience radiographic progressive disease per the Investigator per RECIST 1.1. Due to the nature of this study design, some tumor cohorts may complete enrollment earlier than others.
Neoantigen DNA Vaccine Alone vs. Neoantigen DNA Vaccine Plus Durvalumab in Triple Negative Breast...
Triple Negative Breast CancerTriple Negative Breast Neoplasms2 moreThis is a single institution, open-label randomized phase 1 trial of neoantigen DNA vaccine alone vs. neoantigen DNA vaccine plus durvalumab in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients following standard of care therapy. Patients with newly diagnosed clinical stage II-III TNBC are eligible for enrollment. Patients will receive standard of care therapy including chemotherapy, surgery and radiation therapy as clinically indicated. Following standard of care therapy, patients will be randomized to receive either a neoantigen DNA vaccine alone, or a neoantigen DNA vaccine + durvalumab.
Pre-operative IRX-2 in Early Stage Breast Cancer (ESBC)
Breast NeoplasmBreast Neoplasm2 moreThe goal of this study is assess the safety and tolerability of the IRX-2 regimen in patients with early stage breast cancer (ESBC) and to estimate the pathologic complete response rate to neoadjuvant anthracycline-based and non-platinum containing chemotherapy in patients with triple-negative breast cancer who have received the IRX-2 Regimen before chemotherapy.
Standard of Care Chemotherapy Plus Pembrolizumab for Breast Cancer
Triple Negative Breast CancerThe goal of this study is to establish the safety and tolerability of pembrolizumab when administered in combination with either of two chemotherapy regimens (weekly paclitaxel or capecitabine) in unresectable/metastatic triple negative breast cancer (MTNBC) patients.
Ipatasertib Plus Non-Taxane Chemotherapy for Advanced or Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer...
Triple Negative Breast CancerThis is a multicenter, open-label, non-comparative, three-arm, phase IIa trial of Ipatasertib (GDC-0068) in combination with non-taxane chemotherapy agents for taxane-pretreated unresectable locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer patients
Palbociclib and Binimetinib in Advanced Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Triple Negative Breast CancerThis study is an interventional, prospective, multicentric, single-arm, open label, phase Ib clinical trial. This study will be carried out in patients diagnosed of metastatic or locally advanced unresectable triple negative breast cancer with activation of ERK and/or CDK4/6 in which the following will be assesed: the overall response rate, the aggregation of antitumor effect depending on the different kinome profiles and the safety profile to the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib.
Calorie Restriction With or Without Metformin in Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Triple-negative Breast CancerGlucose starvation and metformin have synergistic antitumor effects that are mediated through the concomitant inhibition of glycolysis and mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation. The BREAKFAST trial will evaluate the antitumor activity of combining cyclic fasting-mimicking diet (FMD), which reproduces the in vitro effects of glucose starvation, plus/minus metformin with standard preperative anthracycline-taxane chemotherapy in patients with stage I-III TNBC
Phase 2 Trial of Neoadjuvant Weekly Carboplatin Plus Paclitaxel in Triple Negative Breast Cancer...
Triple Negative Breast CancerNonrandomized, open label, single arm, Simon's two stage MinMax design trial of neoadjuvant weekly carboplatin plus paclitaxel, followed by doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide in patients with operable Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)
A Study of LGK974 in Patients With Malignancies Dependent on Wnt Ligands
Pancreatic CancerBRAF Mutant Colorectal Cancer6 moreThe primary purpose of this study is to find the recommended dose of LGK974 as a single agent and in combination with PDR001 that can be safely given to adult patients with selected solid malignancies that have progressed despite standard therapy or for which no effective standard therapy exists
