Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders Patient Registry
Eosinophilic EsophagitisEosinophilic Gastritis2 moreThe Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders (EGIDS) Registry is a longitudinal study that does not involve medical interventions, but serves as a record of demographics, characteristics of disease and treatment, utilization patterns, quality improvement measures and clinical outcomes. The database is proposed so that epidemiologic research can be performed and current and accurate data can be obtained regarding practice patterns, age and gender distributions, efficacy of treatment, clinical outcomes and changes in quality of life.
Phenotypic Characterization and Biomarkers Investigation for Eosinophilic Esophagitis in Pediatric...
Eosinophilic EsophagitisGastroesophageal RefluxThe purpose of this study is to find out some potential biomarkers for the Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) in pediatric patients through the prospective clinical characterization and assessment of samples collected during the diagnostic process
Characteristics of Eosinophilic Gastritis, Enteritis, and Colitis in a Multi-Site Cohort
Eosinophilic EsophagitisEosinophilic Gastritis2 moreThe purpose of this study is to investigate features of patients with Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders (EGIDs) other than Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) alone, including Eosinophilic Gastritis (EG), Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis (EGE), and Eosinophilic Colitis (EC).
Expanded Access Protocol for Patients With Eosinophilic Esophagitis
Eosinophilic EsophagitisThis expanded access program is an open-label, single-arm design where consenting patients may participate up until APT-1011 is commercially available in the relevant regions or the protocol is terminated by the Sponsor.
Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) Responsive Eosinophilic Esophagitis EoE: Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease...
Erosive EsophagitisThe investigators would like to determine if there are patients with PPI responsive Eosinophilic Esophagitis Infiltration that have significant loss of esophageal distensibility suggestive of esophageal fibrosis typical of classic Eosniophilic Esophagitis. If this group of patients exists, the investigators would like to determine if they have the typical endoscopic features of EoE rather than those of GERD.
The Clinical Significance of Minimal Change in Reflux Esophagitis Based on the Gastroesophageal...
Gastroesophageal Reflux DiseaseThe purpose of this study is to define the endoscopic findings of minimal change that is significant to clinical significant reflux esophagitis. Through this, the investigators want to estimate the applicability of minimal change findings of reflux esophagitis to the clinic.

Evaluate the Intestinal Microbiome in Patients With Erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and...
Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Esophagitis. In this study, we investigated intestinal microbiomes, in individuals with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and healthy individuals, using metagenomic techniques.
Endoscopic Characterisation of Inflammation in EoE
Eosinophilic EsophagitisIn this study, we plan to investigate the accuracy of the EG-760Z endoscope (135x zoom) compared with standard imaging with histology as gold standard in detecting and grading inflammatory activity in patients with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE).
Nexium Capsules RE Maintenance Specific Clinical Experience Investigation
Repeatedly Recurring EsophagitisRelapsing Reflux EsophagitisThe purpose of this study is to collect following data in patients given Nexium capsule (Nexium) in usual post-marketing use as the maintenance therapy for repeatedly recurring/relapsing reflux oesophagitis.
