A Study of OBP-301 With Radiation Therapy in Patients With Esophageal Cancer
Esophageal CancerThis is a phase 1 study to evaluate safety and tolerability of Telomelysin (OBP-301) in combination with radiation therapy in patient with esophageal cancer who are not applicable to standard therapy.
Radiotherapy With or Without Concurrent Chemotherapy for Limited Lymphatic Metastasis of Esophageal...
Esophageal NeoplasmsThis phase III trial is designed to explore a higher radiation dose by using IMRT simultaneous integrated boost technique with or without concurrent chemotherapy for esophageal carcinoma with limited lymph node metastasis.
Radiotherapy With or Without Concurrent Chemotherapy for Extensive Lymphatic Metastasis of Esophageal...
IMRT With or Without Concurrent Chemotherapy for Esophageal CancerThe investigators aimed to compare elective nodal irradiation versus involved field irradiation with or without concurrent chemotherapy and the addition of consolidation chemotherapy for patients with extensive lymphatic metastasis of esophageal cancer.
Different Anesthetic Managements of Esophageal Resection and Reconstruction
AnesthesiaEsophagus Cancer1 moreAnesthetic management and fluid therapy is crucial in esophageal resection and reconstruction, which is associated with high incidence of postoperative morbidity and mortality. This study aims to investigate the effect of goal directed fluid management on the postoperative outcome of esophageal resection and reconstruction.
IMRT With Carboplatin Versus IMRT With Carboplatin and Fluorouracil for Eldly Esophageal Cancer...
Esophageal CancerRadiotherapy Side EffectAn open, single-center, randomized controlled phase II clinical trial to compare the efficacy and safety of conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) combined with carboplatin and IMRT combined with carboplatin and 5-FU in elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma at high risk of chemotherapy
The Clinical Physics Research of Image Guided Adaptive Radiation Therapy for Esophagus Cancer
Esophageal CancerThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the benefit of adaptive radiation therapy (adaptive radiation therapy, ART) for esophageal cancer, using dose tracking technique with online images and deformable registration.
Mediastinoscopy-assisted Transhiatal Esophagectomy Versus Thoraco-laparoscopic Esophagectomy for...
Esophageal NeoplasmsEsophageal cancer is one of the major diseases that seriously threatens an individual's health and life. To reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and mortality of esophageal cancer, thoraco-laparoscopic oesophagectomy (TLE) has been recommended by many guidelines since the 2000s. Additionally, with developments in endoscopy technology in recent years, mediastinoscopy-assisted transhiatal esophagectomy (MATHE) has been used in clinical practice. In 2015, the first mediastinoscopy combined with laparoscopic radical esophagectomy was reported systematically by Hitoshi Fujiwara. This surgical procedure has been performed in many centres in China. However, there is no multicentre prospective randomized controlled study that explored the safety, feasibility and short-term clinical efficacy between mediastinoscopy-assisted transhiatal esophagectomy and thoraco-laparoscopic esophagectomy. We aim to evaluate the feasibility and safety of MATHE.
Neoadjuvant Chemoradiotherapy Combined With PD-1 Antibody in Locally Advanced Esophageal Cancer...
Esophagus CancerThis study will evaluate the safety and feasibility of preoperative immune checkpoint therapy with concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. And this study will provide valuable information for further clinical trials of preoperative Teripalimab and other immune checkpoint therapy in esophageal cancer treatment.
mFOLFIRI Combine With Nimotuzumab Second Line Chemotherapy for Squamous-cell Carcinoma of the Esophagus...
Advanced Esophageal CarcinomaThere are few studies about 2nd line treatment in advanced esophageal carcinoma (AEC), some showed that irinotecan may be effective. The investigators previous study has shown the efficacy and safety of paclitaxel/cisplatin as 1st line treatment, so in this phase II study, the investigators would like to observe the efficacy and safety of Nimotuzumab plus Irinotecan/5FU/leucovorin as 2nd line treatment if AEC after failure to 1st treatment of PTX/DDP.
A Clinical Trial of a Radiation Sensitizer in Radiochemotherapy for Thoracic Esophageal Squamous...
Esophageal CarcinomaThis multicentered clinical trial is going to find out the radio-sensitization action of sodium glycididazole in radiochemotherapy for esophageal cancer.
