The scope of this clinical trial is to assess the clinical feasibility of this procedure, optimize the protocol and perform an initial comparison of the positional accuracy of navigated endoscopy and applicator insertion versus the standard of care 2D fluoroscopy protocol.

Histological Node Negative thoracic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（pN0 ESCC） after radical resection still carries the risk of recurrence after complete surgical resection, especially in some high-risk patients. There are still lack of knowledge on postoperative treatment indication and methods for pN0 ESCC.Our previous study has shown that risk of recurrence is associated with the location and cell differentiation of primary tumor, as well as the presence of lymphovascular invasion. This project is designed to study the efficacy of adjuvant therapies for at patients with pN0 ESCC and above mentioned risk factors of recurrence after radical surgery. We aim to compare the differences among adjuvant chemotherapy, adjuvant radiotherapy, and surgery alone for pN0 ESCC by prospective randomized controlled trial. There has been no similar studies in esophageal cancer previously reported with similar design. The results of this study is expected to have a high clinical relevance.

SHR-1210 is a humanized anti-PD1 IgG4 monoclonal antibody. This is an openlabel，single center ，non-randomized ，Single Arm Exploratory Study . This clinical study is an investigator-initiated clinical trial（IIT). The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of radiation therapy combined with anti-PD-1 antibody SHR-1210 and chemotherapy in patients with Locally Advanced Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinomas。

This study is evaluating the feasibility and safety of radical resection of single-hole inflatable mediastinal mirror synchronization with laparoscopic esophageal carcinoma, as well as the clinical value of the radical resection of single-hole inflatable mediastinal mirror synchronization with laparoscopic esophageal carcinoma as a new minimally invasive operation for esophageal carcinoma.

This study is conducted to evaluate efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by preoperative chemoradiotherapy in patients with resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Minimally invasive esophagectomy (MIE) has been gradually adopted as a feasible and effective treatment option for esophageal cancer. Previously the investigators have published the adoption of single-incision approach both in the thoracoscopic and laparoscopic phases in MIE (SIMIE).The preliminary clinical results showed that SIMIE can provide an equivalent perioperative outcome whereas reduced the wound pain on the days 7 after surgery as compared to MIE performed with multi-incision (MIMIE). The goal of the current study was to conduct a prospective randomized trial to compare the perioperative outcome and survival of SIMIE and MIMIE.

The initial intent of the study was to be a multi-center single-arm open-label Simon's two-stage Phase II clinical trial of first-line mFOLFOX6 + trastuzumab + avelumab in metastatic HER2-amplified gastric and esophageal adenocarcinomas. Accrual will halt after completion of Stage I (enrollment of 18 patients). This decision is not due to safety issues. Subjects currently on treatment will continue until criteria as defined in the protocol is met.

To evaluate the anti-tumor activity, safety and tolerance of toripalimab as monotherapy for patients with small cell esophageal cancer (SCCE), and to explore the potential biomarkers for this treatment.
