Comparative Bioavailability in Healthy Elderly Volunteers
Alzheimer's DiseaseA randomised four way crossover design in which each subject will receive two dose levels of TRx-0037 and two doses of TRx-0014 over approximately a four week period in randomised order.
Drug-Drug Interaction Study With Rifampin
Alzheimer DiseaseThe purpose of the study is to determine if the concomitant administration of rifampin with BMS-708163 will affect the Pharmacokinetics of BMS-708163 and to assess safety and tolerability of co-administration BMS-708163 and rifampin
Drug-Drug Interaction (DDI) w/Ketoconazole or Fluconazole
Alzheimer DiseaseThe purpose of the study is to determine if the concomitant administration of either ketoconazole or fluconazole with BMS-708163 will affect the PK of BMS-708163 and to assess safety and tolerability of BMS-708163
Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Study With [18F]AZD4694 and [11C]AZD2184, Candidate PET Ligands...
Alzheimer's DiseaseThe study is carried out in order to investigate if [18F]AZD4694, compared to [11C]AZD2184, is a suitable PET ligand for in vivo imaging of Aβ amyloid depositions in the human brain. In the study the two PET ligands will be examined in both healthy volunteers and patients with Alzheimer's Disease. A whole body dosimetry scanning will be performed in 6 healthy volunteers to obtain human data to estimate a safe dose.
Drug Interaction Study Between AZD3480 and Aripiprazole in Healthy Subjects
Alzheimer's DiseaseThe purpose of the study is to evaluate if AZD3480 and warfarin interact with each other or not, i.e. show the same or altered plasma concentration profiles when co-administered compared to administered alone.
Rivastigmine in Mild Alzheimer's Disease, FMRI Study
Alzheimer' DiseaseThe purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of rivastigmine given as an acute dose compared to placebo and after 1 month chronic dosing on fMRI response during a face recognition task. Furthermore, the aim is to investigate whether fMRI response is correlated with long term treatment effect at 6 months and 12 months.
Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Study With [11C]AZD2995 and [11C]AZD2184, Candidate PET Ligands...
Alzheimer´s DiseaseThe study is carried out in order to investigate if [11C]AZD2995, compared to [11C]AZD2184, is a more suitable PET ligand for in vivo imaging of β amyloid depositions in the human brain. In the study the two PET ligands will be examined in both healthy volunteers and patients with Alzheimer's Disease.
Drug-Drug Interaction to Study the Effect of BMS-708163 on Pharmacokinetics (PK) of Galantamine...
Alzheimer DiseaseThe purpose of the study is to find out if the plasma concentration of galantamine extended release is changed when BMS-708163 is administered at the same time.
A Safety Study of LY2886721 Single Doses in Healthy Subjects
Alzheimer's DiseaseThis is a Phase 1 study in healthy subjects to evaluate the safety and tolerability of LY2886721 single doses, how the body handles the drug, and the drug's effect on the body.
