Our investigation purpose is to improve the quality of life of participants, reduce their disability and optimize their functionality. The intervention will last 6 weeks, with 2 face-to-face therapeutic exercise sessions guided by a professional and a 6-week post-intervention follow-up. The participation will require: Attend the 12 therapeutic exercise sessions Attend the 3 evaluations: at the beginning (A0), post intervention (A1) and +6 weeks after finishing the exercise program (A3). It has been stated that there is an urgent need for studies examining the clinicimetric and psychometric properties of the pain phenotype criteria in terms of patients receiving the most appropriate treatment, clinicians deciding on the appropriate treatment, and contributing to the research of scientists. Despite all this, no study has yet been found that describes the pain phenotypes in fibromyalgia syndrome and how different types of pain affect patients. The primary aim of this study is to determine the chronic pain phenotypes in individuals with FMS. The secondary aim of this study to determine the inter-rater and intra-rater reliability of the algorithm used in the determination of pain phenotypes and to assessment the clinical effects of different pain phenotypes on individuals with FMS in terms of pain severity, disease severity, quality of life and catastrophe.

Connective Tissue Massage With Fibromyalgia
FibromyalgiaThe aim of the study was to examine the effectiveness of clinical pilates exercises and connective tissue massage in individuals with Fibromyalgia (FM). 32 women were randomly divided into two groups as intervention (n=15, mean age=48.80±7.48) and control (n=17, mean age=55.64±7.87). While connective tissue massage and clinical pilates exercises were applied to the intervention group, control group were applied only clinical pilates exercises.According to our results, connective tissue massage increased the effectiveness of clinical pilates exercises in individuals with FM.

Efficacy of Dry Needling Treatment in Myofascial Pain Syndrome
Trigger Point PainMyofascialThe aim of this study is to investigate the short and long-term effects of dry-needling of participants with trigger points in the upper trapezius muscle. 64 participants who diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome will be included in the study. All participants will have trigger points in the upper trapezius muscles. They are randomised into two groups: dry needling (n=32) and exercise group (n=32). Ultrasonographic evaluation of trigger points (diameter, circumference and area), pain intensity and neck disability will be evaluated as primary outcome. Active cervical range of motion will be evaluated as secondary outcome.
