Idiopathic Pulmonary FibrosisIn recent years nutritional status assumed increasing importance in the evaluation of chronic respiratory diseases, considering that their clinical course is often characterized by a progressive loss of weight and reduction of muscle mass.In regards to Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), to date there are no studies that fully assessed the nutritional status of patients, nor the impact of the introduction of specific anti-fibrotic agents on the nutritional status of these patients. Aim of this study is to assess the nutritional status of patients with IPF at the time of diagnosis and the impact of the introduction of specific anti-fibrotic agents, pirfenidone or nintedanib, on the nutritional status itself.

EUS Share-wave in Patients With Liver Cirrhosis
Liver CirrhosisPatients with chronic liver disease may develop progressive hepatic fibrosis. Liver cirrhosis should be detected at the early stages in order to avoid the complications related to these two conditions. The diagnostic work-up of patients with chronic liver disease includes less-invasive diagnostic methods such as abdominal ultrasonography, transient elastography, upper endoscopy; and more invasive procedures, mainly liver biopsy and portal pressure gradient measurement, both with associated risks. Endoscopic ultrasound offers a benefit of including all diagnostic work-up in a single procedure. The investigators previously demonstrated that EUS-elastography of the liver and spleen is reliable marker for predicting liver cirrhosis. Recently, a quantitative evaluation of fibrosis using share wave elastography was introduced, mainly for the pancreatic tumor fibrosis measurement (2). Elastography measures the elasticity of tissues (hardness); whereas share wave measures the tissue elasticity as the elastic modulus by measuring the share wave velocity. Share wave measurement will be performed with the Arietta 850 Endoscopic ultrasound console using a linear ultrasound video gastroscope EUS-J10 (Pentax Medical, Hoya Corp, Japan). The investigators proposed the EUS-share wave of the liver as a reliable diagnostic marker in patients with liver cirrhosis.
Case-control Study of Sleep Disorders in Children With Cystic Fibrosis
Cystic FibrosisSleep DisorderOur primary purpose is to compare the prevalence of sleep disorders in children aged 6 to 17 with cystic fibrosis versus controls with a Sleep disorder screening score, the SDSC. Our hypothesis is that patients aged 6 to 17 with cystic fibrosis have a higher prevalence of sleep disturbances than the general population of the same age group. Our secondary hypothesis is that these sleep disorders are mixed and that there are non-respiratory causes, sometimes modifiable by simple non-medical treatment and that's why our secondary purpose is to identify the responsible factors, in particular non-respiratory factors in the 2 groups and to compare them.

HCCCirrhosis1 morePatients with liver cirrhosis is at risk of developing HCC. To diagnose or detect HCC at CT/MRI, optimal late arterial phase (LAP) acquisition is critical to capture the tumor. For LAP acquisition, bolus-tracking is often used at CT. In patients with portal hypertension, however, bolus-tracking occasionally capture early arterial phase which may be related with slow portomesenteric flow. In this study, we obtain dual arterial phase in patients with suspected portal hypertension and determine whether this protocol (dual arterial phase) would provide higher incidence of LAP acquisition than single arterial phase acquisition.
