Compare Efficacy, Safety, and Immunogenicity of Proposed Rituximab Biosimilar (DRL_RI) With MabThera®...
Follicular LymphomaThe primary objective of the current study is to demonstrate the equivalent efficacy of rituximab (DRL_RI) and MabThera® in subjects with Low Tumor Burden Follicular Lymphoma (LTB-FL). Also evaluated by Pharmacokinetic, safety, and immunogenicity assessment between a proposed biosimilar (DRL_RI) and the RMP, as an component of clinical study program, and collectively providing the evidence of biosimilarity. The study will compare the safety and efficacy of DRL_RI vs MabThera in patients with Low Tumor Burden Follicular Lymphoma (LTB-FL). The primary objective is to establish comparative efficacy as measured by ORR up to week 28
Nivolumab for Relapsed, Refractory, or Detectable Disease Post Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell...
Recurrent Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma16 moreThis phase II trial studies how well nivolumab works for the treatment of hematological malignancies that have come back (relapsed), does not respond (refractory), or is detectable after CAR T cell therapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
A Study Comparing Obinutuzumab and BGB-3111 Versus Obinutuzumab Alone in Treating R/R Follicular...
Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Non-Hodgkin LymphomaThe purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability and of BGB-3111 plus obinutuzumab versus obinutuzumab alone in participants with relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin follicular lymphoma.
Nivolumab and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin...
Grade 3a Follicular LymphomaRecurrent Burkitt Lymphoma13 moreThis I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide when given together with nivolumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back and does not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab and lenalidomide may work better in treating patients with non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin lymphoma.
Pembrolizumab and Vorinostat in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell...
Grade 3b Follicular LymphomaRecurrent B-Cell Lymphoma18 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of vorinostat when given together with pembrolizumab in treating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, or Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement or that does not respond to treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving vorinostat and pembrolizumab together may work better than pembrolizumab alone in treating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, or Hodgkin lymphoma.
Study of Tazemetostat in Newly Diagnosed Diffuse Large B Cell and Follicular Lymphoma Patients Treated...
LymphomaDLBCL1 morePhase I of the study is designed to determine the recommended phase II dose (RP2D) for tazemetostat in patients treated with 8 cycles of R-CHOP 21. Phase II of the study is designed to determine the safety and the efficacy of tazemetostat in DLBCL and FL patients : DLBCL : tazemetostat with 6 cycles of R-CHOP 21 + 2 cycles of Rituximab FL : tazemetostat with 6 cycles of R-CHOP 21 + 2 cycles of Rituximab then maintenance with 6 months of tazemetostat and 24 months of Rituximab
Lenalidomide and Blinatumomab for the Treatment of Relapsed Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Recurrent Burkitt LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma24 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide and blinatumomab when given together in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed). Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Blinatumomab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread.
Gene Therapy in Treating Patients With Human Immunodeficiency Virus-Related Lymphoma Receiving Stem...
HIV InfectionMature T-Cell and NK-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma9 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of gene therapy in treating patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-related lymphoma that did not respond to therapy or came back after an original response receiving stem cell transplant. In gene therapy, small stretches of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) called "anti-HIV genes" are introduced into the stem cells in the laboratory to make the gene therapy product used in this study. The type of anti-HIV genes and therapy in this study may make the patient's immune cells more resistant to HIV-1 and prevent new immune cells from getting infected with HIV-1.
CD79b-19 CAR T Cells in Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Non-hodgkin LymphomaRelapsed Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma8 moreThis research study involves the study of CD79b-19 CAR T cells for treating people with relapsed/refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and to understand the side effects when treated with CD79b-19 CAR T cells. This research study involves the study drugs: CD79b-19 CAR T cells Fludarabine and Cyclophosphamide: Standardly used chemotherapy drugs as part of lymphodepleting process
Tazemetostat and Mosunetuzumab in Untreated Follicular Lymphoma
Follicular LymphomaThe goal of this study is to learn about the safety and effectiveness of the combination of tazemetostat pills in combination with mosunetuzumab injections for people with follicular lymphoma who haven't received treatment before. The investigators hypothesize that tazemetostat with mosunetuzumab has the potential to increase the efficacy of the product without compromising the safety. Tazemetostat is a drug that inhibits EZH2, an enzyme known to drive the development of B-cell lymphomas, and inhibiting it appears to have many effects that slow down lymphoma growth and enhance the immune system's ability to fight it. Tazemetostat is FDA-approved in previously treated follicular lymphoma and currently undergoing study in other lymphomas. Mosunetuzumab is a bispecific antibody therapy that is a therapeutic strategy that uses the immune system to fight lymphoma, called immunotherapy. Bispecific antibodies have two ends: one attaches to T cells in the immune system and the other attaches to lymphoma cells, helping guide our immune system to attack the cancer. Mosunetuzumab has been studied in follicular lymphoma that has previously been treated, with positive results. Mosunetuzumab is approved by the FDA to be given intravenously (directly into a vein) but is not yet approved by the FDA is not yet approved as an injection under the skin, which is how it is given in this study. They have not yet been studied in combination.
