Radiolabeled Monoclonal Antibody Plus Rituximab With and Without Filgrastim and Interleukin-11 in...
Extranodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma of Mucosa-associated Lymphoid TissueNodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma7 morePhase I/II trial to study the effectiveness of combining radiolabeled monoclonal antibody therapy and rituximab with and without filgrastim and interleukin-11 in treating patients who have relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies can locate cancer cells and deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Biological therapies such as filgrastim and interleukin-11 use different ways to stimulate the immune system and stop cancer cells from growing.
Observational Study of People Living With HIV Treated With CD19-directed CAR T Cell
LeukemiaLeukemia14 moreThis protocol will develop an observational cohort of PLWH who have been or are being treated with CAR19 therapy outside of an AMC clinical trial. Following regulatory approval of this protocol, sites will be asked to capture information of participants, who carry a diagnosis of HIV disease AND received CAR19 therapy outside of a clinical trial between August 30, 2017 and August 31, 2021. Data captured will include data points are available as part of standard of care for participants undergoing CAR19 therapy. AMC investigators, as well as non-AMC investigators will identify eligible participants to the CIBMTR, who in turn will provide the AMC statistical center with de-identified data
A Dose Escalation Study of Duvortuxizumab in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Malignancies...
LeukemiaLymphocytic10 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, dose-limiting toxicities (any harmful effect of a drug) (DLT), maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and preliminary clinical activity of duvortuxizumab when administered intravenously to participants with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies [diffuse-large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle-cell lymphoma (MCL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)].
Dose Optimization Study of Idelalisib in Follicular Lymphoma
Follicular LymphomaThe primary objective of this study is to establish a safe and effective dosing regimen of idelalisib in participants with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) who have no other therapeutic options.
Study of the PD-L1 Inhibitor Atezolizumab With or Without Low-dose, Local Radiation in Patients...
LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to compare the safety and effects of atezolizumab with low dose radiation on people with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma, In this study, the patient will get either atezolizumab with low dose radiation or, atezolizumab alone. To be better, the atezolizumab and low dose radiation should increase life by 1 year or more compared to the usual approach.
Study of Mocetinostat in Selected Patients With Mutations of Acetyltransferase Genes in Relapsed...
LymphomaRelapsed and Refractory1 moreThe purpose of this study is to learn if the study drug mocetinostat can slow the progression of cancer in people who have a mutation in CREBBP or EP300 in the genetic makeup of their cancer. The potential side effects of mocetinostat will also be studied.
Idelalisib in Combination With Rituximab for Previously Untreated Follicular Lymphoma and Small...
Follicular LymphomaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThe primary objective of this study is to evaluate the overall response rate (ORR) and complete response (CR) rate to treatment with idelalisib in combination with rituximab in previously untreated adults with follicular lymphoma (FL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). An increased rate of deaths and serious adverse events (SAEs) among participants with front-line chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and early-line indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iNHL) treated with idelalisib in combination with standard therapies was observed by the independent data monitoring committee (DMC) during regular review of 3 Gilead Phase 3 studies. Gilead reviewed the unblinded data and terminated those studies in agreement with the DMC recommendation and in consultation with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All front-line studies of idelalisib, including this study, were also terminated.
Idelalisib+Obinutuzumab in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Lymphoma
Follicular LymphomaSingle arm, prospective, multi-centric, phase II study. Patients with histologically confirmed follicular lymphoma, in need of a systemic approach and failing (i.e. with refractory disease [no response or response lasting less than 6 months at any previous line of treatment] or with a proven disease relapse) at least 2 previous lines of treatment, including any antibody directed against the CD20 antigen-containing chemotherapy, will undergo a combined chemo-free treatment with obinutuzumab and idelalisib.
Ofatumumab Bendamustine Combination Compared With Bendamustine Monotherapy in Indolent B-cell NHL...
LymphomaFollicularThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ofatumumab and bendamustine combination therapy in patients with indolent B-cell NHL that did not respond to rituximab or a rituximab-containing regimen during or within 6 months of the last rituximab treatment.
Rituximab, Combination Chemotherapy, and Yttrium Y 90 Ibritumomab Tiuxetan in Treating Patients...
LymphomaRATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies, such as yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan, can find cancer cells and carry cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Giving rituximab together with combination chemotherapy and yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving rituximab together with combination chemotherapy and yttrium Y 90 ibritumomab tiuxetan works in treating patients with relapsed follicular non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
