Follicular LymphomaLenalidomide Based Immunotherapy in the Treatment of FL
Treatment of Relapsed and/or Chemotherapy Refractory B-cell Malignancy by Tandem CAR T Cells Targeting...
Hematopoietic/Lymphoid CancerAdult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Remission21 moreRATIONALE: Placing a tumor antigen chimeric receptor that has been created in the laboratory into patient autologous or donor-derived T cells may make the body build immune response to kill cancer cells. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying genetically engineered lymphocyte therapy in treating patients with B-cell leukemia or lymphoma that is relapsed (after stem cell transplantation or intensive chemotherapy) or refractory to chemotherapy.
A Safety and Efficacy Study of Duvelisib in Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Lymphoma
Follicular LymphomaThis is a phase 2 clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of duvelisib as a monotherapy in subjects diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (FL) that is relapsed or refractory to either chemotherapy or radioimmunotherapy (RIT).
Combination of PCI-32765 With Obinutuzumab in Untreated Follicular Lymphoma
Indolent Non-Hodgkin LymphomaPrimary Objectives The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of the chemotherapy-free combination of ibrutinib and obinutuzumab (GA 101) in patients with previously untreated follicular lymphoma (FL) and a high tumor burden. Primary endpoint to be observed for this is the rate of progression free survival one year after start of therapy. Hypothesis The hypothesis of the study is that ibrutinib in combination with obinutuzumab will achieve response rates (CR and PR), rates of MRD negativity and PFS which are comparable to currently used standard rituximab-chemotherapy combinations such as R-CHOP or R-bendamustine in subjects with previously untreated FL and a high tumor burden.
Bendamustine in Combination With Rituximab as a First-line Therapy Followed by Maintenance Therapy...
Follicular LymphomaTo evaluate the efficacy of bendamustine in combination with rituximab as first line in patients with follicular lymphoma, 1-3A cytological type. To evaluate the safety, tolerability and feasibility of bendamustine in combination with rituximab as 1st line in patients with follicular lymphoma, 1-3A cytological type. To evaluate the impact of the regimen modification (bendamustine dose modification and/or extension of inter-cycle interval) into duration of complete and partial responses. To evaluate estimated treatment duration, reasons of treatment withdrawal. To evaluate the possibility of unification and standardization of therapy protocol BR (rituximab 375 mg/m2 on day 1 and bendamustine 90 mg/m2 on days 1-2). To evaluate factors affecting overall and progression-free survival.
Trial of Rituximab, Bendamustine (RB) for Patients With Follicular Lymphoma Refractory or Relapsed...
Follicular Non-Hodgking´s Lymphoma Refractory or Relapsed After Treatment With R-chemotherapy in First Line.Evaluate the effectiveness of rituximab, bendamustine (r) in terms of complete response and response complete not confirmed.
Idiotypic Vaccination for Follicular Lymphoma Patients
Follicular LymphomaFirst Relapse/ProgressionPoor prognosis follicular lymphoma patients have an estimated median overall survival of 5-6 years. The proposed trial offers life-time idiotypic vaccination to all such patients in first relapse/progression who will achieve second (first, in the case of patients who have never achieved complete response following standard first-line treatment) complete response through autologous stem cell transplant prior to vaccination start. The ultimate goal is a cure, defined as a vaccine-maintained complete response lasting both at least 10 years and at least twice as long as each patient's first complete response.
Dietary Intervention in Follicular Lymphoma
Follicular LymphomaA dietary intervention study in patients with Follicular Lymphoma (FL) Stage III/IV to assess the ability of several dietary factors to induce apoptosis, inhibit cell proliferation and modulate tumor cell infiltrate in vivo.
Comparison of High-Dose Chemotherapy + Rituximab and CHOP + Rituximab in High-Risk Follicular Lymphoma...
Follicular LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to determine whether an intensified treatment plus Rituximab followed by autologous transplantation is superior to a conventional chemotherapy regimen also supplemented with Rituximab.
Consolidation Treatment With Y90-Ibritumomab Tiuxetan After R-CHOP Induction in High Risk Patients...
Follicular LymphomaTo evaluate the complete clinical response rate according to the International Working Group criteria with a consolidation treatment with 90Y-ibritumomab tiuxetan (Zevalin®) in patients with high-risk follicular lymphoma with either partial or complete response to R-CHOP induction chemotherapy
