Deep Learning Radiogenomics For Individualized Therapy in Unresectable Gallbladder Cancer

Gallbladder Cancer

The goal of this observational study is to learn about deep learning radiogenomics for individualized therapy in unresectable gallbladder cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: (i) whether a deep learning radiomics (DLR) model can be used for identification of HER2status and prediction of response to anti-HER2 directed therapy in unresectable GBC. (ii) validation of the deep learning radiomics (DLR) model for identification of HER2 status and prediction of response to anti-HER2 directed therapy in unresectable GBC. Participants will be asked to Undergo biopsy of the gallbladder mass after a baseline CT scan Based on the results of the biopsy, patients will be given chemotherapy either targeted (if Her2 positive) or non-targeted Response to treatment will be assessed with a CT scan at 12 weeks of chemotherapy

Quebec Pancreas Cancer Study

Pancreas CancerPancreatic Cancer9 more

The Quebec Pancreas Cancer Study is a prospective clinic-based study consisting of clinical, family history and epidemiologic data, with accompanying biospecimens, from patients diagnosed with either pancreas cancer, a related cancer or a related pre-cancerous condition, and their families.

A Study of Combination of Gemcitabine, Oxaliplatin (GEMOX)-Sorafenib in Patients With Advanced Biliary...

CholangiocarcinomaBiliary Tract Cancer1 more

The purpose of this study is to build on the efficacy of the GEMOX regimen by adding Sorafenib in the treatment of Biliary Tract Cancer. Since there is no data on the combination of these three agents, the investigators plan to evaluate the safety in a run-in phase I portion in order to define the recommended phase II dose (RPTD). The phase II trial will enroll 40 patients at the RPTD level within 2 years in order to provide a preliminary estimate of progression-free survival (primary endpoint of the trial) in the target population.

Bortezomib in Treating Patients With Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Adenocarcinoma...

Adenocarcinoma of the Extrahepatic Bile DuctAdenocarcinoma of the Gallbladder8 more

This phase II trial is studying how well bortezomib works as first-line systemic therapy in treating patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic adenocarcinoma (cancer) of the bile duct or gallbladder. Bortezomib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the enzymes necessary for their growth.

BMS-247550 in Treating Patients With Liver or Gallbladder Cancer

Adult Primary Cholangiocellular CarcinomaAdult Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma12 more

Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of BMS-247550 in treating patients who have liver or gallbladder cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die.

Recombinant EphB4-HSA Fusion Protein With Standard Chemotherapy Regimens in Treating Patients With...

Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma14 more

This pilot phase Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of recombinant EphB4-HSA fusion protein when given together with standard chemotherapy regimens in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as recombinant EphB4-HSA fusion protein, paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation, gemcitabine hydrochloride, docetaxel, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether standard chemotherapy regimens are more effective with recombinant ephB4-HSA fusion protein in treating advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

CholangiocarcinomaGallbladder Carcinoma1 more

The purpose of this study is to determine whether gemcitabine and pazopanib are effective in the treatment of inoperable, locally advanced or metastatic biliary tree cancer (cholangiocarcinoma or gallbladder carcinoma).

Gallbladder Carcinoma

Multicenter German- Registry of Incidental Gallbladder Carcinoma combining clinical real-world data and comprehensive genomic profiling. The registry collects medical data from clinical observation and molecular data derived from archival tumor tissue samples but does not define any medical intervention nor does it evaluate the efficacy or safety of the treatment decision made by the investigator.

Cediranib Maleate and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Advanced Biliary Cancers...

Adult Primary Cholangiocellular CarcinomaAdvanced Adult Primary Liver Cancer9 more

This phase II trial is studying how well giving cediranib maleate together with combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with advanced biliary cancers. Cediranib maleate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth or by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as oxaliplatin, leucovorin calcium, and fluorouracil, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving cediranib maleate together with combination chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells.
