Gastric CancerHER2 Overexpressing Gastric CarcinomaThis is a Phase III, randomized, multicenter, open-label clinical trial designed to compare RC48-ADC to physician choice standard treatment in participants with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-overexpression locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer.
Clinical Study of CEA-targeted CAR-T Therapy for CEA-positive Advanced Malignant Solid Tumors
Colorectal CancerEsophageal Cancer4 moreThis trial is an open-label, single-arm clinical study. The main purpose is to verify the safety and efficacy of CAR-T cell preparations in the treatment of CEA-positive advanced malignant tumors, and to obtain the recommended dose and infusion scheme of CAR-T cell preparations for the treatment of patients with CEA-positive advanced malignant tumors.
Fruquintinib Plus SOX as Neoadjuvant Therapy for Locally Advanced Gastric Adenocarcinoma
Gastric CancerGastroEsophageal Cancer2 moreFor locally advanced gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (cT3/4aN+M0 ), neoadjuvant therapy can downstage T and N stage, improve R0 resection rate, reduce recurrence and metastasis rates, and finally improve the long-term survival. A combination of Fruquintinib and SOX for locally advanced gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma could be a novel therapy. This study intends to evaluate the efficacy of Fruquintinib plus SOX as neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.

Gastric CancerTo determine the efficacy and safety of TAS-102 and Anlotinib in patients with metastatic gastric cancer who had been treated with ≥ 2 lines of prior standard chemotherapy
Bemarituzumab Plus Chemotherapy and Nivolumab Versus Chemotherapy and Nivolumab for FGFR2b Overexpressed...
Gastric CancerGastroesophageal Junction AdenocarcinomaThe main objective of Part 1 is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of bemarituzumab plus 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6) and nivolumab. The main objective Part 2 is to compare efficacy of bemarituzumab plus chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6 or capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin (CAPOX)) and nivolumab to placebo plus chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6 or CAPOX) and nivolumab as assessed by overall survival.

Gastric CancerPerioperative1 moreTo evaluate efficacy and safety of peri-operative sintilimab in combination with SOX in resectable locally advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma
Efficacy and Safety of Fruquintinib in Combination With PD-1 Inhibitors as First-line Maintenance...
Gastric CancerMaintenance therapy is very important in advanced HER-2 negative gastric cancer, and immune monotherapy has no obvious benefit in the first-line maintenance treatment of advanced gastric cancer; Fruquintinib is a potent small-molecule VEGFR inhibitor with high kinase selectivity;Studies have shown that immunotherapy combined with antiangiogenic agents is promising for synergistic antitumor effects; The aim of this study was to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fruquintinib combined with PD-1 inhibitor in the first-line maintenance treatment of advanced HER-2 negative gastric cancer.
IMM2902 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Expressing HER2
Advanced Solid TumorAdvanced Lung Cancer2 moreThis trial is an open-label, multicenter, first-in-human dose-escalation and cohort expansion Phase I/II clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of IMM2902 in the treatment of HER2-expressing advanced solid tumors
Study of HLX22 in Combanition With Trastuzumab and Chemotherapy Versus Placebo in Combination With...
Gastric CancerThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of HLX22 in the HER2+ Locally Adanved or Metastatic Gastric Cancer as the first-line therapy. This study consists of three periods, screening period (28 days), treatment period and follow-up period (including safety follow-up, survival follow-up).Subjects can be enrolled into this study only if they meet inclusion criteria and do not meet exclusion criteria. The enrolled subjects will receive an intravenous infusion of HLX22/placebo and SOC(standard of care: Trastuzumab + XELOX) once every 3 weeks until the loss of clinical benefit, death, intolerable toxicity, withdrawal of informed consent or other reasons as specified in the protocol(whichever occurs earlier).
