Paclitaxel for the Treatment of Gastric or Gastroesophageal Cancer

Clinical Stage IV Gastric Cancer AJCC v8Clinical Stage IV Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma AJCC v815 more

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of paclitaxel for the treatment of gastric or gastroesophageal cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

ACE1702 in Subjects With Advanced or Metastatic HER2-expressing Solid Tumors

Locally Advanced Solid TumorMetastatic Cancer3 more

ACE1702 (anti-HER2 oNK cells) is an off-the-shelf Natural Killer (NK) cell product that targets human HER2-expressing solid tumors. The ACE1702-001 phase I study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of ACE1702 in patients with advanced or metastatic HER2-expressing tumors, and to determine the phase Ib/II starting dose for ACE1702.

Endometrial CancerEsophageal Cancer7 more

This study will investigate the safety and tolerability of ADP-A2M4CD8 T-cell therapy in subjects who have the appropriate human leukocyte antigen (HLA) and MAGE-A4 tumor antigen. Tumor indications include endometrial, esophageal, esophagogastric junction (EGJ), gastric, head and neck, melanoma, non-small cell lung (NSCLC), ovarian or urothelial cancer.

Sonidegib and Pembrolizumab in Treating Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Clinical Stage III Cutaneous Melanoma AJCC v8Clinical Stage III Gastric Cancer AJCC v820 more

This phase I trial studies the best dose of sonidegib when given together with pembrolizumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with solid tumor that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Sonidegib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving sonidegib and pembrolizumab may work better than standard treatment in treating patients with advanced solid tumors.

Ph1b/2 Study of the Safety and Efficacy of T-DXd Combinations in Advanced HER2-expressing Gastric...

Gastric Cancer

DESTINY-Gastric03 will investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) alone or in combination with chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy in HER2-expressing advanced/metastatic gastric/gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) and esophageal adenocarcinoma patients. Study hypotheses: Combination of T-DXd with cytotoxic chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy administered to subjects at the recommended phase 2 dose will show manageable safety and tolerability and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy so as to permit further clinical testing. T-DXd in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy or immune checkpoint inhibitor administered to HER2-expressing gastric, GEJ and esophageal cancer patients who have not received prior treatment for advanced/metastatic disease will show preliminary evidence of anti-tumour activity and the potential to become a therapeutic option for this patient population.

Exploratory Study of Toumai Endoscopic Surgery System for Remote Gastrectomy

Gastric Cancer

This clinical study was a prospective, single-center, single-arm exploratory study. Subjects who meet the inclusion criteria will be enrolled in this study, where surgeons will perform 5G remote gastrectomy on subjects using the Toumai endoscopic surgery system, and explore and evaluate the safety and efficacy of this clinical application.

Therapeutic Cancer Vaccine (AST-301, pNGVL3-hICD) in Gastric Cancer

Gastric Cancer

The purpose of this early proof-of-concept study to evaluate the safety and immunologic efficacy of AST-301 in gastric cancer patients with HER2 expression (including both HER2 low expression and overexpression) who have completed the standard adjuvant treatment (including those who discontinued the standard adjuvant treatment due to intolerance). Participants will be randomized 1:1 to either Arm 1 (Q3W, 3 cycles), or Arm 2 (Q3W, 6 cycles) of the study. Safety Monitoring Committee (SMC) will oversee safety of study at 25% (6 participants), 50% (12 participants), and 75% (18 participants) of participants receive at least 1 dose of AST-301 and survival follow up will be performed to determine disease-free survival (DFS).
