The primary aim of this study is to evaluate whether the effect of HA in combination with XCM for the treatment of MAGRs with a multiple coronally advanced flap technique (mCAF) achieves better results than the XCM with mCAF alone in terms of recession reduction (primary outcome) and other secondary root coverage outcomes (e.g. complete root coverage, mean root coverage). Moreover, this study aims to compare secondary clinical variables (e.g. keratinized tissue width (KTW) changes, probing pocket depth (PPD) changes, volumetric gain (VG), etc.), also with a digital approach, the patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs e.g. pain, swelling, bleeding) and lastly the expression of molecular mediators of tissue healing/regeneration. The hypothesis of this study is that at 6 months and 1 year follow-up the mCAF with XCM+HA is superior to the mCAF with only XCM in terms of recessions reduction and secondary clinical variables, including PROMs.

Aim: The aim of this randomized clinical trial is to evaluate the use of the porcine acellular dermal matrix (PADM) for the treatment of RT1 localized gingival recessions. Material and methods: Forthy patients (n=20) with RT1 localized gingival recessions with height ranging from 3 to 5 mm with and at least, 2mm of keratinized tissue width will be selected to participate in the study. Patients will be allocated randomly in two treatment groups: Coronally advanced flap (CAF) or coronally advanced flap associated with the porcine acellular dermal matrix (CAF+ PADM). The clinical parameters evaluated at the baseline, 6 and 12 months will be: Plaque index (IPL); gingival index (GI); relative gingival recession height (RGRH); gingival recession width (GRW); probing depth (PD); relative clinical attachment level (RCAL); keratinized tissue height (KTH); keratinized tissue thickness (KTT); papilla height (PH). Evaluations will be made by the professional and the patient regarding dentin hypersensitivity (HD) (Schiff and VAS scales respectively), aesthetics (RES and VAS scales, respectively) and patient's centered outcomes, through the questionnaire referring to the OHIP-14. Descriptive statistical analysis will be expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD), median, quartiles, percentages and confidence intervals (95% CI). To analyze the normality of the residue, the Shapiro-Wilk test will be performed. Then, the Wilcoxon test will be applied to compare the periodontal parameters and a quality of life, before and post-treatment. Correlations between parameters and dental hypersensitivity will be analyzed through Spearman's test. Key words: Gingival recession, Root coverage, Biomaterial, Acellular dermal matrix.

The goal of this clinical trial is to to describe and evaluate an approach, free mucogingival graft (FMG), in periodontal plastic surgery for root coverage (RC) in lower incisor gingival recessions (GR) with mucogingival conditions and deformities (MCD) that might negatively influence the outcomes of conventional RC procedures.

This study aims to compare the de-epithelized gingival graft (control group) and modified combined approach for connective tissue graft (test group) in patients undergoing palatal graft harvesting for mucogingival surgery in the oral cavity

Limitation of donor site and significant postoperative morbidity are often described in connective tissue graft. We want to show if mucogain matrix used in tunnel technique to recover RTI Cairo recessions defects could be an alternative to connective tissue graft

: Interdental papilla deficiency leads to food impaction, problems with phonetics and an unaesthetic appearance. Reconstruction of the deficient papilla is therefore, important. The purpose of study is to compare the VCMX and SCTG in papillae reconstruction. The null hypothesis is that there is no significant difference in clinical outcome for interdental papilla regeneration by volume stable collagen matrix and subepithelial connective tissue graft.

Included patients will be randomly allocated to the test (split-thickness non-advanced tunnel - Zabalegui et al. 1999) or to the control group (full-thickness coronally-advanced tunnel - MCAT - Aroca et al. 2010).
