Targeted Therapy Directed by Genetic Testing in Treating Patients With Advanced Refractory Solid...

Advanced Malignant Solid NeoplasmBladder Carcinoma48 more

This phase II MATCH trial studies how well treatment that is directed by genetic testing works in patients with solid tumors or lymphomas that have progressed following at least one line of standard treatment or for which no agreed upon treatment approach exists. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with genetic abnormalities (such as mutations, amplifications, or translocations) may benefit more from treatment which targets their tumor's particular genetic abnormality. Identifying these genetic abnormalities first may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with solid tumors, lymphomas, or multiple myeloma.

Panitumumab-IRDye800 in Diagnosing Participants With Malignant Glioma Undergoing Surgery

Malignant Brain NeoplasmMalignant Glioma

The phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of panitumumab-IRDye800 in diagnosing participants with malignant glioma who undergo surgery. Panitumumab-IRDye800 can attach to tumor cells and make them more visible using a special camera during surgery, which may help surgeons better distinguish tumor cells from normal brain tissue and identify small tumors that cannot be seen using current imaging methods.

Blood and Cerebrospinal Fluid Metabolomic Profile in Glioma Patients

GliomaGlioblastoma Multiforme

This is an exploratory, non-interventional and translational clinical study. The aim of this study is to analyze blood and cerebrospinal fluid metabolomic profile in glioma patients.

HSV G207 With a Single Radiation Dose in Children With Recurrent High-Grade Glioma

NeoplasmsHigh Grade Glioma6 more

This study is a clinical trial to assess the efficacy and confirm the safety of intratumoral inoculation of G207 (an experimental virus therapy) combined with a single 5 Gy dose of radiation in recurrent/progressive pediatric high-grade gliomas

Serial Advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging Scan for Guidance of Personalized Adaptive Radiotherapy...

Malignant Glioma

This study examines whether repeated magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)s scan helps identify changes in the tumor during radiation and chemotherapy treatment in patients with high grade glioma. Additional MRIs scan may help researchers to see changes in the status of the disease. Seeing these changes may result in changes to the treatment plan.

Study of Ribociclib and Everolimus in HGG and DIPG

High Grade GliomaDiffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma8 more

The goal of this study is to determine the efficacy of the study drugs ribociclib and everolimus to treat pediatric and young adult patients newly diagnosed with a high-grade glioma (HGG), including DIPG, that have genetic changes in pathways (cell cycle, PI3K/mTOR) that these drugs target. The main question the study aims to answer is whether the combination of ribociclib and everolimus can prolong the life of patients diagnosed with HGG, including DIPG.

Prediction of Therapeutic Response of Apatinib in Recurrent Gliomas

Recurrent Glioma

Apatinib, also known as YN968D1, is a small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that selectively binds to and inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2). This study aims to collect clinical, radiological and histopathology imaging including detailed radiological data, survival data, clinical parameters, molecular pathology and images of HE slices in patients with recurrent gliomas whose are treated with Apatinib, for evaluating the efficacy and safety of Apatinib. Moreover, by leveraging artificial intelligence, this study seeks to construct and refine MR and histopathology imaging based algorithms that are able to predict the responses to Apatinib of patients with recurrent gliomas.

Low Grade Glioma of Brain

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of a PEPIDH1M vaccine in combination with vorasidenib, a dual inhibitor of mutant IDH1 and IDH2 enzymes, in adult patients diagnosed with recurrent IDH1 mutant lower grade gliomas.
