Safety and Tolerability of FMT Capsules in Healthy Volunteers
Acute-graft-versus-host DiseaseThis is a two-part, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single center study to investigate the safety and tolerability of XBI-302 administered orally in healthy volunteers. The hypothesis of this study is that XBI-302 is safe and well tolerated with the proposed dosing regimens.
Evaluation of Umbilical Cord-Derived Wharton's Jelly Stem Cells for the Treatment of Acute Graft...
Acute Graft Versus Host DiseaseThis study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of two different doses of umbilical cord derived, ex-vivo cultured and expanded Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stem cells (MSCTC-0010) in the treatment of acute Graft versus Host Disease (aGVHD). The first 5 participants enrolled in the study will receive a lower dose of MSCTC-0010. If none of the first 5 participants have treatment-related serious adverse events (TRSAEs) for 42 days, then the next 5 participants will receive a slightly higher dose of MSCTC-0010.
CINC424A2X01B Rollover Protocol
Primary MyelofibrosisPolycythemia Vera3 moreThis is a long term safety study for patients that have been treated with either ruxolitinib or a combination of ruxolitinib with panobinostat, on a Novartis or Incyte sponsored study, who have been judged by the study Investigator to benefit from ongoing treatment.
To Compare the Efficacy of the Addition of Methotrexate (MTX) to Current Standard Acute Graft-versus-host...
Allogeneic DiseaseGVH - Graft Versus Host Reaction3 morePhase III randomized double-blinded trial designed to compare the efficacy of the addition of MTX to current standard acute GVHD first-line treatment with corticosteroids. The protocol will use a novel endpoint for benchmarking interventions based on a composite primary endpoint of GVHD-free and corticosteroids-free survival. The primary endpoint of the trial will be the assessment of a composite endpoint of graft-versus-host disease-free and corticosteroids-free survival at 12 months after randomization
TCDαβ/CD45RA Haploidentical Transplantation in Children With Leukemia
Relapsed Pediatric ALLAcute Graft-Versus-Host Disease (Gvhd) Grade IV (Diagnosis)1 moreThis is a multi-center clinical study in China using CliniMACS TCRα/β+ and CD45RA+ T cell depleted stem cell grafts from haploidentical donors for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in children.
Efficacy and Safety of KD025 in Subjects With cGVHD After At Least 2 Prior Lines of Systemic Therapy...
Chronic Graft-versus-host-diseaseThis is a Phase 2, randomized, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of KD025 in subjects with Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease (cGVHD) after at least 2 prior lines of systemic therapy
MaaT013 as Salvage Therapy in Ruxolitinib Refractory GI-aGVHD Patients
Acute Graft Versus Host Disease in IntestineSteroid Refractory GVHDMaaT013 showed interesting results in steroids and ruxolitinib-resistant aGVHD patients with gut involvement (55% ORR at D28) and 47% and 39% OS at 6 and 12 months respectively (Malard 2020), therefore warrant being tested as salvage therapy in steroid and JAK inhibitors-resistant GI-aGvHD patients. Given the absence of an approved 3rd line strategy or 2nd line strategy in ruxolitinib intolerant patients and the extremely poor prognosis of these patients, who are mostly left with no viable therapeutic option, a single-arm open-label design was proposed.
Study on the Treatment With Water-filtered Infrared-A (wIRA) Radiation in Patients With Morphea...
Morphea (Circumscribed Scleroderma)Sclerotic Graft-versus-host Disease (GVHD)This is a prospective, intra-individual comparative study to evaluate the effectiveness of local-water filtered infrared-A (wIRA) irradiation (applied by Hydrosun® radiator 750 for radiation at the clinic, or Hydrosun® 575home for home treatment) in patients with morphea or sclerotic GVHD (Graft-versus-host Disease). The purpose of the study is to determine whether wIRA irradiation can reduce fibrotic skin alterations in circumscribed scleroderma (morphea) or chronic graft versus host disease. wIRA irradiation is applied for 30 minutes 3 times per week for 20 weeks to a diseased skin area and a lesional skin on contralateral body site remains untreated. A total of 22 patients (20 evaluable patients with an expected drop-out rate of 10%) are to be included in this study. Group A: 11 patients with plaque morphea Group B: 11 patients with sclerotic GVHD.
Prospective Study of FMT for Acute Intestinal GVHD After Allo-HSCT
Acute Graft Versus Host Disease in IntestineAcute intestinal GVHD is the main cause of death after allo-HSCT, and FMT is a new treatment method for this disease. In this prospective study, the investigators will recruit intestinal GVHD patients to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of FMT.
Acalabrutinib for the Treatment of Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease
Recurrent Moderate-Severe Chronic Graft Versus Host DiseaseHematopoietic and Lymphoid Cell NeoplasmThis phase II trial studies how well acalabrutinib works in treating patients with chronic graft versus host disease. Acalabrutinib may be an effective treatment for graft-versus-host disease caused by a stem cell transplant.
