The Multi-OutcoMe EvaluatioN of radiation Therapy Using the Unity MR-Linac Study (MOMENTUM) is a multi-institutional, international registry facilitating evidenced based implementation of the Unity MR-Linac technology and further technical development of the MR-Linac system with the ultimate purpose to improve patients' survival, local, and regional tumor control and quality of life.

This trial is a non-randomized, open label and multicenter study. It aims to : for endometrial cancer.:validate the 5-miR index assessed in plasma samples as a diagnostic marker to assess the risk of lymph node metastases for ovarian cancer : to validate the previous finding on the prognostic value of the pre-/post-treatment variation of miR200b plasma concentrations with regards to PFS (the investigators mean the primary treatment including up-front or post-chemotherapy debulking and adjuvant chemotherapy).

It has been reported that antiangiogenic drugs combined with chemotherapy as first-line treatment, and subsequent antiangiogenic drugs as maintenance therapy for ovarian cancer can achieve better clinical benefits. Therefore, this study is expected to investigate the efficacy and safety of anlotinib combined with carboplatin/paclitaxel as first-line treatment in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.

The goal of this research study is to learn if a home-based physical activity program is feasible and can help endometrial cancer survivors lose weight.

The goal of this open label, randomized, controlled clinical trial is to assess the benefits of providing Reiki therapy to subjects receiving their first brachytherapy treatment for gynecological malignancies. Participants will either receive a session of Reiki therapy or usual care during the standard wait time between the placement of the brachytherapy device and brachytherapy treatment. Questionnaires will be administered at various time points on the day of the participant's first brachytherapy treatment as well as at the three month follow-up time point. Researchers will compare the intervention (Reiki therapy) and control (usual care) groups to assess the impact of the Reiki therapy on anxiety, pain, state anxiety, depression, and physiological measurements.

This study may help patients learn more effective ways to cope and respond to your concerns and any unhelpful thoughts.

This partially randomized pilot clinical trial develops and studies a software program, called PatientCareAnywhere, to see whether it can help patients communicate with their doctors and other healthcare providers, and educate themselves about their cancer and treatment options. A program that can help patients learn about their cancer and treatment options, and allows the patient's healthcare providers to receive their questionnaire results, may help patients identify and get help to treat their symptoms.

This trial will pilot a psychosocial intervention called Conquer Fear Support (CFS) in patients with stage III-IV lung or gynecologic cancer who are experiencing fear of cancer progression. The intervention is adapted from a novel program called "Conquer Fear" which was developed by researchers in Australia. CFS may help in reducing worries, fears, and uncertainty in patients with advanced lung or gynecological cancer.

This trial studies how well a decision aid website works in helping to make decisions about fertility in participants with cancer. Decision aid websites that provide information about fertility preservation (maintaining your ability to have children of your own after cancer treatment) may help participants with cancer make fertility-preservation decisions.
