Triple-negative Breast CancerHead and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaStudy Purpose and Design:A Multicenter, Open-label, Exploratory Phase II Clinical Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability and Preliminary Efficacy of TJ107 in Combination with Pembrolizumab Injection in Patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
A Beta-only IL-2 ImmunoTherapY Study
Advanced Solid TumorUnresectable Solid Tumor29 moreThis is a Phase 1/2, multi-center, open-label, dose-escalation and expansion study to evaluate safety and tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamic, and early signal of anti-tumor activity of MDNA11 alone or in combination with a checkpoint inhibitor in patients with advanced solid tumors.
ASP-1929 Photoimmunotherapy (PIT) Study in in Patients With Recurrent Head/Neck Cancer
Head and Neck CancerSquamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and NeckA Phase 2, Open-label, Single-arm, Window of opportunity Study of ASP-1929 Photoimmunotherapy with Fluorescence Imaging in Patients with Operable Primary or Recurrent Head and Neck or Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma
TheraT® Vectors (Vaccines) Combined With Chemotherapy to Treat HPV16 Head and Neck Cancers
Human Papilloma VirusHPV2 moreDoctors leading this study hope to learn about the safety and effectiveness of combining medications HB-201 and HB-202 (also known as TheraT® vectors) with chemotherapy using carboplatin and paclitaxel in the beginning of the study (induction) and if combining these medications can increase tumor shrinkage after therapy and reduce the amount of radiotherapy and chemotherapy that will later be needed. In addition, the study is looking at ways to reduce side effects overall using robotic surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, or radiotherapy alone. Your participation in this research will last about 2 years. HB-201 and HB-202 are experimental (meaning the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved these drugs), and therefore they can only be given in a research study.
Hypofractionated Adjuvant Radiotherapy for Resected Head and Neck Cancers
Resectable Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaThe primary purpose of this study is to determine the safe reduction of the treatment fractions to 10, 8, or 5, that may be delivered safely in resected head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) patients with intermediate pathologic risk features.
Neoadjuvant Anti-PD-1 and TP Versus TPF on Pathological Response in OSCC
Oral Squamous Cell CarcinomaNeoadjvant Therapy2 moreTo compare the pathological efficacy of neoadjuvant Toripalimab and Albumin paclitaxel /Cisplatin (TTP) with Docetaxel/ Cisplatin/ 5-flurouracil (TPF) for patients with locally advanced resectable oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), and to determine the safety of neoadjuvant TTP. In order to explore a better protocol of neoadjuvant therapy to improve the efficacy in patients with locally advanced OSCC.
Non Elective Vulnerable Elderly Radiotherapy
Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and NeckTo evaluate whether patients defined "non-fit for curative non-surgical radio-chemotherapy" and therefore treated with RT alone addressed only to non-elective sites of disease, could obtain a non-inferior loco-regional control compared to similar historical cohorts.

HPV-Associated Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell CarcinomaHPV Positive Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma10 moreThis research is being conducted to understand if treatment can be tailored for participants with HPV-related oropharynx cancers using both clinical features (stage of the tumor, smoking status) combined with an investigational HPV blood test. The names of the test and treatments involved in this study are: NavDx® HPV ctDNA testing (HPV blood test) Radiation therapy Chemotherapy: Cisplatin, or Carboplatin and Paclitaxel (not all participants receive any or all of these agents)

Cervical CancerGastric/Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma10 moreThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and recommended dose(s) of BMS-986340 as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab or docetaxel in participants with advanced solid tumors. This study is a first-in-human (FIH) study of BMS-986340 in participants with advanced solid tumors.
Study of Chemotherapy With Cisplatin/Carboplatin, and Docetaxel With or Without Erlotinib in Patients...
Head and Neck CancerThe goal of this clinical research study is to learn if adding erlotinib to a standard chemotherapy combination (docetaxel and either cisplatin or carboplatin) can help to control SCCHN. The safety of this drug combination will also be studied. In this study, erlotinib will be compared to a placebo. A placebo is not a drug. It looks like the study drug but is not designed to treat any disease or illness. It is designed to be compared with a study drug to learn if the study drug has any real effect. This is an investigational study. Erlotinib is approved by the FDA for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Its use in this study is experimental. Docetaxel, cisplatin, and carboplatin are all FDA approved and commercially available for the treatment of SCCHN. Up to 100 patients will take part in this study. All will be enrolled at MD Anderson.
