A multi-center, prospective, non-randomized, single arm, open label, post-market, observational study to evaluate the use of the eneura, springtms system in reduction of migraine headache symptoms.

The overall objective of this proposal is to better define the relationship between perceived stress, hair cortisol, and migraine in adolescents. This will be done by creating 2 arms of the study: those with migraines (cases) and those without migraines or headaches (controls). Each arm will answer several of the same questionnaires and have hair cortisol samples taken multiple times over the course of 12 weeks.

The parturients are at particular risk of post dural puncture headache (PDPH) because of their sex, young age, and the widespread application of spinal and epidural anesthesia. The purpose of this study is to examine socio-cultural factors of women's use of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). The effects of socioeconomic status, social networks and acculturation on CAM use will be assessed among white, African-, Mexican-, and Chinese-American women.

Food allergy reactions cause various health disorders in sensitive people. These reactions may be IgE-mediated,cell-mediated, energy disturbance-mediated, or a combination of the three. Certain laboratory diagnostic procedures have been able to identify most IgE-mediated or cell-mediated food reactions, but so far there is no test available in traditional medicine to test the energy-mediated allergies and sensitivities. NAET® procedures have been able to identify food substances triggering to energ disturbances in sensitive people causing related health disorders. NAET uses one of the testing procedures called NST (Neuromuscular sensitivity testing).The efficacy of NST-NAET to screen food sensitivity will be evaluated in comparison with one of the well accepted, established, traditional medicine allergy testing known as the IgE-specific antigen test.

The purpose of this prospective cohort survey study is to further explore the incidence of adverse events with dry needling by physical therapists - as well as any differences or similarities between patient-reported vs therapist-reported incidence of AEs.
