Prognosis of Heart Transplanted Patients With Heart Failure
Heart FailureHeart transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage heart failure, advanced cardiomyopathy, and complex congenital heart disease with severe heart failure or hypoxia. Several clinical studies have shown significant differences in the prognosis of heart transplantation patients with different etiologies, and post-transplantation complications are an important factor affecting patient survival, and there is still a lack of overall prognostic stratification and extensive clinical studies on risk factors after heart transplantation. Therefore, this study is intended to include patients who underwent heart transplantation for different etiologies of heart failure, collect clinical data and biological samples from patients, and use various techniques to deeply interpret the risk factors affecting the prognosis of heart transplantation patients and construct a prognostic prediction model to provide specific and individualized treatment ideas and theoretical basis for improving the survival rate of patients after heart transplantation.
Echocardiographic Evaluation of RV Injury in the ICU

The hypothesis is that the best characterization of RV injury is the one with the most significant impact on the response to fluids and on the outcome. An RV failure is expected to induce fluid-unresponsiveness and potentially worst outcome. The main objective is to characterize different types of RV injury in critically ill patients by examining their association, including predictive performances, in hemodynamics parameters, ventilation parameters, and clinical outcomes The study will be based on the realisation of an echocardiography within 48 hours following inclusion.
ALLEVIATE-HF-HD Study
Heart FailurePatients with heart failure and reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (HFrEF, EF 25-39%), or mid-range left ventricular ejection fraction (HFmrEF, EF 40-49%), or preserved left ventricular ejection fraction (HFpEF, EF ≥ 50%), with mild to moderate functional limitation will be evaluated for treatment via creation of a no-implant interatrial shunt using clinical, echocardiographic, and invasive hemodynamic data.

Implant of the WiSE CRT System With an Intracardiac Pacemaker
Heart FailureThis study is a single arm, prospective, feasibility, multi-centre, observational study. Participants will be suitable for a Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy (CRT) implant using Wireless Stimulation Endocardially for Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy, known as the WiSE-CRT device system as well as requiring a pacemaker implant which will also be leadless. Some of these participants may also require an AV Node ablation. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of these two cardiac devices implanted in the order of operator preference (all implants undertaken on the same day or in a number of up to 4 separate sequenced implants/procedures).
