Global Electrical Heterogeneity and Clinical Outcomes
Heart FailureImplantable Defibrillator User1 moreThis retrospective multicenter cohort will validate an independent association of electrocardiographic (ECG) global electrical heterogeneity (GEH) measures with sustained ventricular tachyarrhythmias and appropriate ICD therapies in systolic heart failure patients with primary prevention ICD, and will validate and re-calibrate GEH ECG risk score for prediction of sustained ventricular tachyarrhythmias and appropriate ICD therapies in systolic heart failure patients with primary prevention ICD.
Heart Sounds Registry
Heart Failure; With DecompensationTo conduct a prospective, observational study to evaluate the non-interventional feasibility of using heart sounds measurements recorded by the LifeVest® Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator (WCD) for monitoring clinical evidence of heart failure decompensation.
Comparability of Hemodynamic Parameters Measured by Non-invasive Echocardiography and by Right Heart...
Heart FailureThis study is to compare transthoracic Echocardiography TTE to the gold standard Right Heart Catheterization in Terms of accuracy to measure hemodynamic parameters.
Clinical Evaluation of Cordio App in Adult ADHF Patients
Congestive Heart FailureObservational study on ADHF patients at one site in Israel. After signing informed consent and undergoing screening assessments, eligible patients will record sentences into a smartphone. The app will upload the vocal data to the sponsor's servers for analysis. The patient will record at hospital: admittion, release. Before hospital release, if applicable and upon patient agrreement, an app will be installed in a smartphone in order to continue the recording at home.
Cardiorespiratory Diagnostic Study
COPDAsthma8 moreThis study uses a new breathing device called 'N-Tidal C' handset which measures breathing patterns. Investigators have found that people with cardiac and respiratory illnesses breathe out a gas, called carbon dioxide (CO2), in a different way to healthy people. The pattern of breathed out CO2 (the waveform) varies according to the underlying health of the user's lungs. Monitoring these changes may help doctors to more accurately diagnose and monitor the most common and serious respiratory conditions.
Comparative Evaluation of the Evolution of Emerging Biological Markers in Patients Hospitalized...
Heart FailureThis is a bi-centric, prospective randomized study to evaluate the contribution of rapid echocardioscopy at the patient's bedside to improving the prognosis of patients hospitalized for acute heart failure. The following markers will be evaluated: sST2, Copeptin, chromogranin, NGAL, suPAR and cystatin.
Monitoring Patients With Acute Cardiac Disease Using a Wireless, Wearable, Non-invasive Monitor...
Acute Cardiac EventAcute Cardiac Failure1 moreA prospective observational study in patients admitted with an acute cardiac disease, in which the PPG-based device will be attached to them on admission, for frequent monitoring of their vitals during hospitalization and interventional procedures. in parallel to currently-used and approved devices. Data will be crossed with gathered clinical and laboratory data, to study the device's ability to detect acute hemodynamic and respiratory changes during hospitalization, and gathering workflow information from the nursing staff.
Comparing Cardiac Output Measurements Using a Wearable, Wireless, Non-invasive PPG-Based Device...
Cardiac OutputLow3 moreInvasive pulmonary capillary wedge pressure measurements using a Swan-Ganz catheter (SGC) is considered the gold standard for cardiac output (CO) monitoring. In this prospective study, we will compare CO measurements between a PPG-based wearable monitor and a SGC in ambulatory CHF patients.
Prognostic Value of Estimated Plasma Volume in Pulmonary Hypertension
Pulmonary Arterial HypertensionChronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension1 moreAssessment of the prognostic value of the estimation of plasma volume or its variation in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) or chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) after acute right heart failure.
Evaluation of the LVivo Image Quality Scoring (IQS)
Heart DiseasesArrhythmia6 moreThe study includes two parts: Part 1: 100 examinations of patient referred for echo evaluation, containing clips that were acquired from the 4CH apical view were collected retrospectively. Each study includes 10 clips that represent typical user scanning errors Offline evaluation of the system (by batch processing) shall be performed by comparing the system output to preliminary quality tagging by experienced sonographers Part 2: Live scans of apical 4CH clips of patients with indication for POCUS examination will be performed by POC physicians LVivo IQS shall be used (on Lumify) during the scan for patients that meet inclusion criteria until 50 exams will be collected. 3 sec of each scan shall be saved, and Image quality score (IQS) shall be documented Saved scans shall be reviewed by an expert physician to determine whether they are clinically interpretable
