KSD-101 Therapy for EBV-associated Haematologic Neoplasms: an Exploratory Clinical Trial

EBV-associated Haematologic Neoplasms

The primary objectives of this study is to evaluate the tolerability and safety of KSD-101 in Patients with EBV-associated haematologic neoplasms, observe the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) and and to explore the maximum tolerated dose (MTD).

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid19)Hematopoietic Neoplasms

The present study is a prospective phase IV study. All participants will receive the anti-Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Vaccine (messenger Ribonucleic acid-based vaccine, BNT162b2 or Comirnaty®, commercialized by Pfizer-BioNTech) being authorized in the European Union since December 2020. The vaccine is administered intramuscularly after dilution as a series of two doses at least 21 days apart.

CXCR4-targeted PET/CT Imaging in Hematological Malignancies

CXCR4PET/CT1 more

The incidence and mortality of hematological malignancies remain high. Although 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging is the most common molecular imaging technique used in clinic, the non-specific uptake of 18F-FDG leads to the problems of false negative or positive in hematological malignancies, which makes it difficult to diagnose and evaluate the efficacy. CXCR4 (C-X-C Chemokine Receptor Type 4) is overexpressed in various hematological malignancies, and is associated with poor prognosis. CXCR4-targeted molecular imaging, such as 68Ga-pentixafor PET/CT imaging, has an important potential in hematological malignancies. Therefore, this study will evaluate the efficacy of CXCR4-targeted PET/CT imaging for diagnosis and staging of hematological malignancies, compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging.

Bone Marrow Transplant ComplicationsGraft Versus Host Disease3 more

This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide in patients receiving a bone marrow graft from a matched unrelated donor in overall survival, progression free survival and cumulative incidence of acute and chronic GvHD. Thirty patients will receive cyclophosphamide while twenty patients will receive antihuman T-lymphocyte immune globulin (ATG).

Risk-adapted Donor Lymphocyte Infusion After Allo-HSCT in Children With Hematologic Malignancy

Hematologic Malignancy

Allo-hsct is potentially curative method of treatment for children and adolescent with hematologic malignancy. However, relapses of disease after allo-hsct occur up to 50% of patients and constitute the main cause of mortality after HSCT. Donor lymphocytes infusion (DLI) is a form of immunotherapy based on developement of reaction "graft versus from leukemia". This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of risk-adapted srtategy of DLI for prophylaxis and prevention posttransplant relapses in children and adolescent with hematologic malignancy.

Effectiveness of Extraoral Photobiomodulation in Management of Oral Adverse Effects in Patients...

Oral MucositisHematopoietic Neoplasm2 more

Patients undergoing hematopoietic cell transplantation (HSCT) receive high doses of chemotherapy with or without radiotherapy to eradicate the underlying disease, which induces a series of adverse effects, including in the oral cavity. Among the most common oral lesions is oral mucositis (OM), which has been associated with greater morbidity and important biological and economic impact.Currently, photobiomodulation (PBM) with intraoral application has been recommended for the prevention of OM, however, few studies have evaluated the impact of its extraoral use.

Bergonie Institut Profiling : Fighting Cancer by Matching Molecular Alterations and Drugs in Early...

Solid TumorHematological Malignancy

This is a biology driven, monocentric study designed to identify actionable molecular alterations in cancer patients with advanced disease. In this trial, high throughput analysis will be carried out using next generation sequencing, and immunological profiling. Patients included in the BIP study and for whom a targetable genomic alteration had been identified might be subsequently included in an early phase trials running at Institut Bergonie or another French hospital.

An Exploratory Study to Evaluate Immune Determinants of the Response to Adoptive Cell Therapy (ACT)...

Solid TumorAdult3 more

This is a study to explore the phenotypic and transcriptional changes of different cellular components in the tumor following the injection of somatic cell therapy drugs. The second objective is to explore phenotypic and transcriptional changes of different cellular components in blood and bone marrow following injection of somatic cell therapy drugs. Then correlate the phenotypic and transcriptional profile of different tumor, blood and bone marrow immune populations with clinical response and/or toxicity. And to finish this study is designed in order to identify a phenotypic, transcriptional and epigenetic profile of intra-tumoral adoptive cells and correlate this profile with clinical response and/or toxicity.

SURGE: Supporting UnderRepresented Minorities in Genomics-based Cancer Trial Enrollment (Intervention)...

Gastrointestinal CancerHematologic Cancer1 more

SURGE aims to increase equity in clinical trial enrollment by addressing barriers to genomic testing, which is increasingly needed to assess precision clinical trial eligibility and access standard precision therapies. The study is an interventional pilot meant primarily to assess the feasibility of the intervention. The intervention is comprised of a patient navigator, text message questionnaire, and informational video.
