SG2501 Safety Study in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory Hematological Malignancies and Lymphoma....
Hematological MalignancyLymphomaThis is a phase Ia/Ib, first-in-Human, open-Label, multicenter, dose escalation and dose expansion study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy of SG2501 in subjects with relapsed or refractory hematological malignancies and lymphoma.

CAR-37 T Cells In Hematologic Malignancies
Hematologic MalignancyLeukemia7 moreThis research study is studying Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)-37 T Cells (CAR-37 T Cells) for treating people with relapsed or refractory CD37+ hematologic malignancies and to understand the side effects when treated with CAR-37 T Cells. - Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)-37 T Cells (CAR-37 T Cells) is an investigational treatment
A Study of F0002-ADC in Chinese Patients With Refractory or Recurrent CD30+ Hematologic Malignancies....
Refractory or Recurrent CD30+ Hematologic MalignanciesThis is a Phase I dose escalation study designed to define the maximum tolerable dose(MDT), the safety profile, pharmacokinetic parameters, immunogenicity and anti-tumor activity of F0002-ADC in Chinese patients with relapsed/refractory CD30-positive hematologic malignancies.
Early Palliative Care for Patients With Haematological Malignancies
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic Syndrome2 morePatients suffering from haematological disease present symptoms of discomfort and currently benefit from palliative care skills only for the management of their end-of-life. However, in medical oncology, more and more studies tend to demonstrate the benefit on the quality of life of an early collaboration between the two specialties. Investigator did the hypothesis that early integration of palliative care with conventional haematological care could decrease discomfort symptoms and add a real benefit on the patients' quality of life .
DETERMINE Trial Treatment Arm 01: Alectinib in Adult, Teenage/Young Adults (TYA) and Paediatric...
Solid TumorHaematological Malignancy9 moreThis clinical trial is looking at a drug called alectinib. Alectinib is approved as standard of care treatment for adult patients with certain types of lung cancer. This means it has gone through clinical trials and been approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK. Alectinib works in lung cancer patients with a particular mutation in their cancer known as ALK. Investigators now wish to find out if it will be useful in treating patients with other cancer types which have the same mutation. If the results are positive, the study team will work with the NHS and the Cancer Drugs Fund to see if these drugs can be routinely accessed for patients in the future. This trial is part of a trial programme called DETERMINE. The programme will also look at other anti-cancer drugs in the same way, through matching the drug to rare cancer types or ones with specific mutations.
Ceftolozane-Tazobactam for Directed Treatment of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Bacteremia and Pneumonia...
Pseudomonas AeruginosaPneumonia1 moreThis is an open-label study, where participants will be given ceftolozane-tazobactam as the primary treatment for Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections. Open-label means both the investigator and the participant will known what drug will be given. Participants will be followed for approximately 60 days. Ceftolozane-tazobactam is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for treatment of serious bacterial infection and the investigator hypothesizes that ceftolozane/tazobactam may be effective as the primary antibiotic treatment for Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections.
Study Evaluating the Safety and the Efficacy of Human T Lymphoid Progenitor (HTLP) Injection to...
Hematologic MalignancyThis is an open-labelled and non-controlled Phase I/II clinical trial, evaluating the safety and the efficacy of Human T Lymphoid Progenitor (HTLP) injection to accelerate immune reconstitution after umbilical cord blood (UCB) transplantation in adult patients with hematologic malignancies. The dose limiting toxicity of HTLP injection will be evaluated using a model-based design.
