Dose-finding Study of SPK-8016 Gene Therapy in Patients With Hemophilia A to Support Evaluation...
Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV)Blood Coagulation Disorder18 moreSPK-8016 is in development for the treatment of patients with inhibitors to FVIII. This Phase 1/2, open-label, non-randomized, dose-finding study is part one of a planned two part study of SPK-8016. Part one will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of SPK-8016 in adult males with clinically severe hemophilia A and no measurable inhibitor against FVIII. Data obtained from Part 1 will inform the study design and dose selection for Part 2 in patients with FVIII inhibitors.
Gene Therapy for Chinese Hemophilia B
Hemophilia BGT2019001 is a Phase 1, open- label, non- randomized, uncontrolled, single dose pilot study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and kinetics of a single intravenous infusion of BBM-H901 in hemophilia B subjects with ≤2IU/dl residual FIX levels. BBM-H901 is an adeno-associated viral (AAV) vector designed to drive expression of the human factor IX (hFIX) transgene and raise circulating levels of endogenous FIX.
Safety and Efficacy of Turoctocog Alfa Pegol (N8-GP) in Previously Untreated Patients With Haemophilia...
Congenital Bleeding DisorderHaemophilia AThis trial is conducted globally. The aim of the trial is to investigate the safety and efficacy of turoctocog alfa pegol (N8-GP) in previously untreated patients (PUPs) with haemophilia A.
A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics of Subcutaneous...
Severe Hemophilia AThis is a Phase IIIb, multicenter, open-label, single-arm study of prophylactic emicizumab in previously untreated and minimally treated patients at study enrollment from birth to ≤12 months of age with severe hemophilia A (intrinsic factor VIII [FVIII] level <1%) without FVIII inhibitors. The study is designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of emicizumab administered at 3 milligrams per kilogram of body weight (mg/kg) once every 2 weeks (Q2W) for 52 weeks. After 1 year of treatment, participants will continue to receive emicizumab (1.5 mg/kg once every week [QW], 3 mg/kg Q2W or 6 mg/kg once every 4 weeks [Q4W]) over a 7-year long-term follow-up period under this study frame.
Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of PF-07055480 / Giroctocogene Fitelparvovec Gene Therapy...
Hemophilia AC3731003 is a pivotal Phase 3 study to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a single IV infusion of PF-07055480 / giroctocogene fitelparvovec (Recombinant AAV2/6 Human Factor VIII Gene Therapy) in adult male participants with moderately severe or severe hemophilia A (FVIII:C≤1%) for the study duration of 5 years. The study will enroll eligible participants who have been followed on routine prophylaxis with FVIII products in the Lead-In study C0371004.
Fitusiran Prophylaxis in Male Pediatric Subjects Aged 1 to Less Than 12 Years With Hemophilia A...
HemophiliaPrimary Objective: - To confirm appropriate dose levels of fitusiran when administered to male pediatric participants (ages 1 to <12 years of age) with severe hemophilia A or B Secondary Objective: To characterize the safety and tolerability To determine fitusiran plasma concentrations at selected time points
A Research Study Investigating Mim8 in People With Haemophilia A
Healthy VolunteersHaemophilia A With or Without InhibitorsThis study is investigating how Mim8 works in people with haemophilia A, who either have inhibitors or do not have inhibitors. Mim8 is a new medication that will be used for prevention of bleeding episodes. Mim8 works by replacing the function of the missing clotting factor VIII (FVIII). Mim8 will be injected with a thin needle in the skin of the stomach, using a pen-injector. The study will last for up to 44 months. It consists of a main phase (part 1 and part 2) and an extension phase. In part 1, participants will be injected only once with either Mim8 or a "dummy" medicine (placebo) - which one will be decided by chance. In part 2 and the extension phase participants will get an Mim8 injection weekly or monthly.
Single-Arm Study To Evaluate The Efficacy and Safety of Valoctocogene Roxaparvovec in Hemophilia...
Hemophilia AThis Phase III clinical study will assess the efficacy of BMN 270 defined as FVIII activity, during weeks 49-52 following intravenous infusion of BMN 270 and assess the impact of BMN 270 on usage of exogenous FVIII replacement therapy and the number of bleeding episodes from week 5 to last visit by data cutoff.
A Study of PEGylated Recombinant Factor VIII (BAX855) in Previously Untreated Young Children With...
Hemophilia AThis study is for young children with severe hemophilia A who have previously not been treated with BAX855 or other FVIII concentrates. The main aim of the study is to check for side effects from treatment with BAX855. This includes the buildup of antibodies against FVIII which may stop BAX855 from working properly. Another aim is to learn how well BAX855 controls bleeding. In this study, the children can receive BAX855 either as preventative treatment (prophylaxis), or as needed to treat bleeding (on-demand). In case a participant develops antibodies, treatment will be provided as part of the study.
Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of Hemophilia B Gene Therapy Drug
Hemophilia BThis is a multi-center, single-arm, open-label, single-dose treatment clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of BBM-H901 injection in Hemophilia B subjects with ≤2 International unit per deciliter (IU/dl) residual factor IX (FIX) levels. BBM-H901 is an adeno-associated virus (AAV) vector derived from recombinant DNA techniques to contain an expression cassette of the human factor IX (hFIX) transgene and raises circulating levels of endogenous FIX.
