Risk Factors for Aneurysm Rebleeding
Subarachnoid HemorrhageAneurysmalThe purpose of this study is to examine the risk factors for aneurysm rebleeding.
Ultrasound Perfusion Imaging After Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Aneurysmal Subarachnoid HemorrhageThe purpose of this study is to examine wether delayed cerebral ischemia can be predicted by ultrasound brain perfusion imaging in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
Superficial Siderosis in Patients With Suspected Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy
Intracerebral HemorrhageCerebral Amyloid Angiopathy1 moreAim of the SuSPect-CAA study is to prospectively evaluate the prognostic significance of cortical superficial siderosis in patients with suspected cerebral amyloid angiopathy with a primary focus on future stroke and mortality.
Macular Hemorrhage in Myopic Eyes
Macula Lutea HemorrhageHigh MyopiaVisual impairment in high myopic eyes is mainly due to the different types of myopic maculopathies, such as diffuse or patchy atrophy, lacquer cracks and choroidal neovascularization. Macular hemorrhage was one of those complications. Despite choroidal neovascularization, simple hemorrhage from rupture of Bruch's membrane and choroidal microcirculation is also the cause of hemorrhage. The prognosis of those eyes with simple hemorrhage is generally good. However, some patients had persistently poor vision after the absorption of the hemorrhage. In the literature, the visual prognosis in those patients was reported to be associated with the microstructure change under the optical coherent tomography (OCT) or the presentation of the autofluorescence. The investigators will collect the patients with high myopia and presenting with macular hemorrhage. High resolution OCT and autofluorescence imaging will be used to analyze the change of the microstructure of retina and its correlation with the visual prognosis.

HemorrhageShockThe purpose is to evaluate and improve NovoSeven treatment practice done according to our guidelines
Continuous Monitoring of Blood Pressure in Spontaneous Intraparenchimal Cerebral Haemorrhage
Intraparenchimal Cerebral HaemorrhageEvaluation of blood pressure variability in the acute phase of intraparenchimal cerebral haemorrhage and its consequences to clinical outcome
The Prognosis of Early Pregnancy With Post Coital Bleeding
Vaginal Bleeding During PregnancyPostcoital BleedingThis is a prospective study, where the investigators will monitor pregnant women at 4-23 weeks of pregnancy coming to the "Women- E.R." at "Meir" Hospital due to spontaneous -or after intercourse- bleeding or bleeding secretions. The women will fill out questionnaires regarding past illness, vaginal bleeding, and gynecologic history. Then they will undergo full examination including ultrasound. After discharge, the investigators will recommend to all the women who came due to bleeding or bleeding secretions to avoid intercourse for two weeks after the bleeding stops. Afterwards they will be monitored until their delivery date (filling questionnaires a month after coming to the E.R. and at the end of the pregnancy). After they give birth the investigators will assess the rate of pregnancy, obstetric and embryonic complications in each of the study groups.
Bedside Assessment of Coagulation in Post-partum Hemorrhage by Thromboelastography (TEG ®6S)
Coagulation Defect; PuerperalPost Partum Hemorrhage2 morePostpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is one of the leading causes of maternal deaths. Its prognosis is directly influenced by the early diagnosis and treatment of the associated coagulopathy. In this context, fibrinogen concentration is the best predictor of a severe PPH. The medical interest of thromboelastography/elastometry to early detect and guide the rapid correction of coagulopathy in PPH is regularly discussed. The principal aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of a new hemostasis point of care device (thromboelastography - TEG ®6S) for the diagnosis of coagulopathy during PPH. A secondary aim will be to determine the normal values of TEG6S at the end of a normal pregnancy.
A Research on Hidden Blood Loss in Open Radical Hysterectomy and Pelvic Lymphadenectomy
Hidden Blood LossOpen Radical Hysterectomy1 moreThe aim of this cross-sectional study is to evaluate the hidden blood loss in patients who underwent open radical hysterectomy and identity its risk factors.
NIRS Monitoring During Intracranial Interventions
Subarachnoid HemorrhageIntracranial Arteriovenous MalformationNear infrared spectroscopy is a valuable tool to monitor cerebral oxygenation during intracranial interventions. However, it yields artificial results when the dye indocyanine green (ICG) is applied, which is routinely done for intraoperative angiography. The investigators examine, to what extent and which duration NIRS is disturbed following ICG application.
