A Phase Ⅱ Dose-escalating Study of PEG-IFN-SA and Ribavirin in IFN Naive Patients With Chronic Hepatitis...
Chronic Hepatitis CThis dose-escalating study is to evaluate the efficacy and the safety of different doses of a new bio-product Pegylated Recombinant Consensus Interferon Variant Solution for Injection (PEG-IFN-SA) and Ribavirin(RBV) in the treatment of Chronic hepatitis C who have not been previously treated with Interferon(IFN) by exploring the dose-effect relationship, while identity the optimal dose for phase Ⅲ study. In addition, population pharmacokinetic method is adopted to assess the pharmacokinetic behavior, individuals / intra-individual variability, and the possible factors for further study.
To Compare the Efficacy of Combined Tenofovir Plus Telbivudine vs Tenofovir Alone in Patients With...
Spontaneous Reactivation of Hepatitis BThe relevant data will be prospectively collected included patient demographics, clinical, all laboratory variables including virological tests, genotyping by direct sequencing, abdominal ultrasound, and upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy. Trans jugular liver biopsy (TJLB) and hepatic venous pressure gradient (HVPG) will be done in patients when it was not evident whether the underlying liver disease was chronic based on clinical, biochemical, radiological investigations, and upper GI endoscopy. Severity of the liver disease will be assessed by Child-Turcotte Pugh score (CTP) and model for end stage liver disease (MELD) score.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Boceprevir Added to Standard of Care Therapy in Previously...
Hepatitis CThis study is being done to find out if the addition of boceprevir to standard of care (SOC) treatment with peginterferon alfa-2b (PegIFN-2b) + ribavirin (RBV) is effective for participants with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) genotype 1 and cirrhosis who were not successfully treated by previous SOC. All participants will receive treatment with SOC alone for 4 weeks and then boceprevir will be added to the treatment regimen for 44 additional weeks of combined treatment.
