A single-arm, single-center, open label Phase 1 study of a 12-week course of Sofosbuvir (SOF)/Velpatasvir (VEL) in 10 HCV-infected pregnant women 1 that will evaluate the plasma pharmacokinetic parameters of SOF/VEL administered during pregnancy and compare them to those of a historical cohort of nonpregnant women.

This study will assess the safety and effectiveness of Maviret (Glecaprevir plus Pibrentasvir (GLE/PIB)) in adolescent participants diagnosed with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) in a real world setting across clinical practice in Japan.

This is a retrospective, non-interventional study. Investigators from infectious diseases and gastroenterology departments will participate this study. Patients data will be collected from hospital medical records.

The investigators want to evaluate the feasibility of a decentralised hepatitis C care pathway (the Chain of Addiction Care (CAC) pathway) in several addiction care centres in the east of the Netherlands. This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) vaccine therapy in treating patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection that persists or progresses over a long period of time. Vaccines made from DNA may help the body build an effective immune response to kill cancer cells that express HCV infection.

We will determine how best to manage the hepatitis C virus (HCV) epidemic in Pakistan by measuring effectiveness of Pakistan-government sponsored current therapies, emergence of viral resistance, consequences of infection (chiefly liver cancer) and through developing models, based on incidence data, determine the proportion of people who need curative treatment to eliminate HCV, and assess whether targeting can optimise this.
