The study is a randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and food effect of HRS5091. The study will be conducted in three parts sequentially: Part 1a will consist of 58 healthy subjects, 5 groups. The purpose of this part is to explore the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of single doses of HRS5091 tablet in healthy subjects. Part 1b will consist of 18 healthy subjects and it is one of groups in Part 1a.The purpose of this part is to explore food effect of HRS5091 in healthy subjects. Part 1c will consist of 10 healthy subjects, 1 groups. The purpose of this part is to explore the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of multiple doses of HRS5091 tablet in healthy subjects. Part 2 will consist of 30 CHB patients.The purpose of this part is to explore the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics of multiple doses of HRS5091 tablet in naïve and treatment-discontinued chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients.

TAF, as a newly marketed antiviral drug, has not been conclusively concluded in terms of its efficacy and postpartum safety in preventing mother-to-child transmission in pregnant women.Our purpose is to explore the TAF for CHB the curative effect of pregnant and postnatal security.

The Regression of Liver Fibrosis and Risk for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (ROLFH) Study

This study aims to demonstrate that patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) and B (CHB) experiencing regression of liver cirrhosis after effective antiviral therapy have decreased risk for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Primary aim is to determine the incidence of HCC in patients with cirrhosis secondary to CHC and CHB, after treatment is provided, and to identify the magnitude of the decreased risk for HCC in patients experiencing regression of fibrosis. As a secondary aim, environmental risk factors for HCC development will be sought, in order to determine a subset of patients in whom it will be safe to stop surveillance.

Effects of Genotypes on Interferon Signaling in Chronic Hepatitis C

The objective of this pilot project is to investigate the prognostic criteria for sensitivity of Chronic Hepatitis C (CHC) Genotype 1, patients to IFNa treatment. Signal transduction in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) of control groups will be compared with that of CHC patients. For this study, 20 patients with Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection who are to undergo standard antiviral therapy and 10 healthy donors (significant others of the HCV subject) will be enrolled. Signal transduction will be studied in peripheral blood of CHC subjects before the treatment, after 1 and 3 months of treatment, and 4-6 months following the completion of treatment.

Subjects are being asked to participate in this study because they have genotype 1 Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) and will be taking the standard of care drugs pegylated interferon, ribavirin, and telaprevir as part of their routine care. The purpose of this study is to see if the SIMpill automated pill dispensing device can help subjects take their medications at the times the doctor has instructed them to take it. The SIMpill device is an automated pill dispensing device that records a time stamp each time the device is opened and a dose of medication is taken. Physicians can download this data and generate a precise account of when you have taken your medication. In addition, if a dose is missed, the SIMpill device can be set to automatically notify you by text message if a dose is overdue. The Simpill device is a new way to keep track of when you take your HCV medications and will also help remind you when you forget to take a dose. In addition, this information will help your doctors understand how taking medication on time effects the success of the therapy.

It is the hypothesis of this study that vitamin D deficiency is more common in patients with chronic Hepatitis C compared to the healthy control group.

In order to persist in the liver, HCV has numerous nonspecific and specific strategies to overcome the immunity of the host. The crucial step in the establishment of viral persistence and chronic hepatitis is the avoidance of specific antiviral cellular immune response in the liver. Treatment with pegylated interferon alpha (IFNα) in combination with ribavirin (RBV) is the standard therapy for chronic hepatitis C is. The response to IFNα / RBV therapy depends on the effective cellular antiviral immune response in the liver. The understanding of the interaction between HCV and cellular immune response is important for the effective use of existing diagnostic techniques, the Individual control and adjustment of the current therapeutic approaches and the development of future therapeutic and immunization strategies. In this study, the investigators want to investigate cellular Immune responses in the liver of HCV infected patients and characterize the influence of these immune responses to the response to IFNα / RBV therapy.

Chronic Hepatitis C

This is a prospective, multi-center observational study in adult participants chronically infected with hepatitis C virus (HCV) receiving the interferon-free ABBVIE REGIMEN (ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir with or without dasabuvir) with or without ribavirin (RBV). The prescription of a treatment regimen was at the discretion of the physician in accordance with local clinical practice and label. This study focused on collecting real world data. Follow-up visits, treatment, procedures and diagnostic methods followed physicians' routine clinical practice using a 12-week treatment regimen (four visits plus two interim data collection windows) or a 24-week treatment regimen (four visits plus three interim data collection windows) and is based on the anticipated regular follow-up for patients undergoing treatment for chronic hepatitis C (CHC). Participants are observed for the duration of the ABBVIE REGIMEN therapy and for up to 24 weeks after treatment completion.
